Abstract: A first flying capacitor circuit and a second flying capacitor circuit are connected in series so as to be in parallel to a high voltage side DC part. A reactor is connected to a positive side terminal of a low voltage side DC part and a midpoint of the first flying capacitor circuit. A midpoint of the second flying capacitor circuit is connected to a negative side terminal of the low voltage side DC part. A node between the first flying capacitor circuit and the second flying capacitor circuit is connected to an intermediate potential node of the high voltage side DC part.

Abstract: A light emitting device includes a light source and a waveguide structure. The light source emits light having a directionality. The waveguide structure includes an optical waveguide and an exterior part. The optical waveguide has an incident end surface and an emission end surface, converts a wavelength of the light incident from the incident end surface, and emits the light from the emission end surface. The exterior part is optically transparent and covers the optical waveguide such that the incident end surface and the emission end surface are exposed from the exterior part. The optical waveguide is elongated in a length direction. The length direction of the optical waveguide is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to an optical axis of the light in a predetermined plane including the length direction of the optical waveguide and the optical axis of the light. The predetermined angle is set to allow the light to propagate in the optical waveguide with total internal reflection at a boundary surface between the optical waveguide and the exterior part.

Abstract: A light control system includes an optical reflection element and a controller. The optical reflection element includes: a reflector; and a first swing portion and a second swing portion disposed at respective one of positions sandwiching the reflector. Each of the first swing portion and the second swing portion includes: a first connection portion coupled to the reflector; a first vibration portion; a second vibration portion; a first drive portion; a second drive portion; and a second connection portion that connects the first and second vibration portions to a base. The controller causes the first and second drive portions of the first swing portion to vibrate in the same phase, and causes the first and second drive portions of the second swing portion to vibrate in the same phase but in the opposite phase to the first swing portion.

Abstract: An arc detection system includes a first obtainment unit, a second obtainment unit, and a determination unit. The first obtainment unit obtains a measurement result of current flowing in a power line to which power is supplied from a power supply or a measurement result of voltage in the power line. The second obtainment unit obtains operation information about operation of a device connected to the power line. The determination unit determines whether or not an arc fault has occurred in the power line based on the measurement result obtained by the first obtainment unit and the operation information obtained by the second obtainment unit.

Abstract: A resin composition contains a curable resin. A minimum value (Min) of loss tangent (tan δ=E″/E′) of a cured product of the resin composition is equal to or greater than 0.04. The loss tangent is a ratio of a loss modulus (E″) of the cured product of the resin composition to a storage modulus (E′) thereof. The loss modulus (E″), the storage modulus (E′), and the loss tangent (tan δ=E″/E′) are obtained by dynamic mechanical analysis at a temperature equal to or higher than 100° C. and equal to or lower than 200° C.

Abstract: A temperature sensor is a temperature sensor using a MEMS resonator, and includes: a MEMS resonator; a sweeper that sweeps a frequency of an excitation signal for a vibrator of the MEMS resonator in a predetermined sweep direction, and outputs the excitation signal swept to the MEMS resonator; a discontinuity point detector that obtains a vibration state information signal, which is a characteristic quantity expressing a vibration state of the vibrator based on the excitation signal, from the MEMS resonator, and detects a detection value that is (i) a frequency of the excitation signal when the vibration state information signal obtained changes discontinuously or (ii) a time corresponding to the frequency; and a converter that determines a physical quantity acting on the MEMS resonator based on the detection value detected.
