    摘要: The present invention discloses a molding system, more particularly, a shrinking type molding system comprising an outer mold, an inner mold and a first pattern layer. An adjustable gap is formed between the outer mold and the inner mold to contain a work piece therein. Furthermore, the work piece with a pattern structure on the surface thereof can be formed by the first pattern layer. The difference between the present invention and the prior art is that the molding system of the present invention is capable of optionally or simultaneously forming the pattern structure on the inner surface or the outer surface of the work piece, so as to solve the long last problem that not all the surfaces of the work piece could have the pattern structure thereon in the prior art.

    摘要: The invention relates generally to cast metal molds that are used in the manufacture of polymer parts, and more specifically, to methods tier sealing cast metal molds used in the manufacture of polymer parts. One embodiment of the present technique relates to a cast metal mold having a sealant disposed within the pores on the surface of a mold cavity such that the sealant is configured to seal the surface of the mold cavity to produce a sealed surface. The sealed surface is blocked from absorbing or releasing gases during the production of a polymer part. The mold further includes a surface coating to facilitate the release of a product from the mold cavity. The surface coating includes a fluoropolymer base layer, which configured to adhere to the sealed surface of the mold cavity.

    摘要: The invention relates to a diecasting die (7) and a diecasting method for sprueless diecasting, in particular in a diecasting hot-runner system (1), wherein the diecasting die (7) is provided in a feeding region (8) for forming a plug of solidified molten material (22) that interrupts a flow of the molten material and can be completely remelted.The problem addressed by the present invention is therefore that of providing a diecasting die and a diecasting method according to the preamble of the invention that are suitable for different molten materials, in which a heating acts directly on the molten material with high power and largely without delay, a cooling is not required and the injection-molding method can be carried out at a high operating machine speed and under feeding conditions that can be monitored and reproduced well.The problem is solved by the feeding region (8) comprising direct resistance heating that produces a melting heat and is in direct thermal contact with the molten material (22). The problem is also solved by a diecasting method with the method steps of closing the casting mold, heating the diecasting die (7), melting the plug in the feeding region (8), stopping the heating, injecting the molten material (22) into the casting mold, maintaining the pressure of the molten material (22), solidifying the molten material (22) in the casting mold and in the feeding region (8) of the diecasting die (7), opening the casting mold (43, 44) and removing a cast part from the casting mold.

    摘要: A mold for traffic cones has a female mold, a male mold and two cavities. Because each first annular recess of the female mold and a corresponding second annular recess of the male mold can hold a base of the traffic cone steadily, the female mold does not have to be placed under the male mold. Then the sprue can be formed through the female mold and can be nearby the two cavities. Besides, the distributing recess of the male mold communicates with the sprue and the second annular recesses. As a result, a liquid plastic material injected from the sprue is distributed and flows into the two cavities. After the male and the female molds are separated, two traffic cones are completed. Therefore, the mold for traffic cones as described can make two traffic cones at a time, which raises manufacture efficiency.
