Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a first area, a second area, and a bending area disposed between the first area and the second area. An inner wiring is disposed in the first area. An outer wiring is disposed in the second area. An interlayer insulating layer covers the inner wiring and the outer wiring, and includes a first contact hole. A conductive layer is disposed on the interlayer insulating layer, and is connected to the inner wiring or the outer wiring through the first contact hole. An inorganic protective layer covers at least a portion of the conductive layer and includes an inorganic insulating material.

Abstract: An input sensing unit including: a first sensing electrode, a second sensing electrode insulated from the first sensing electrode, a first sensing line connected to one end of the first sensing electrode, a second sensing line connected to the other end of the first sensing electrode, a third sensing line connected to one end of the second sensing electrode, a first bridge pattern connecting the first sensing line and the second sensing line, a second bridge pattern substantially parallel to the first bridge pattern, and a pad connected to the second bridge pattern. The first bridge pattern extends in a first direction and overlaps the first sensing electrode in the first direction, and the pad is disposed closer to the second bridge pattern than the first bridge pattern. Thus, the input sensing unit has improved reliability.

Abstract: A display device includes an electronic panel, a window, an optical sheet, and a stress control member. The electronic panel includes a first non-bending area having a first area overlapping the optical sheet and a second area overlapping at least part of the recessed area, a bending area configured to be bent relative to the first non-bending area, and a second non-bending area extending from the bending area and movable to a position opposing the first non-bending area. The optical sheet is disposed between the electronic panel and the window and having a recessed area defined therein extending toward a center of the optical sheet. The stress control member overlaps with at least a portion of the second area, at least a portion of the bending area, and at least a portion of the second non-bending area, respectively.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate having a display area displaying an image and a periphery area. The periphery area is located next to the display area. A first organic insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The first organic insulating layer includes a valley portion separating the first organic insulating layer from the periphery area. A plurality of organic light-emitting devices is disposed on the substrate. Each of the organic light-emitting devices includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode, sequentially disposed over the first organic insulating layer. The second electrode covers the emission layer and the valley portion. A second organic insulating layer is disposed over the first organic insulating layer and incudes a first opening exposing a center portion of the first electrode and a second opening overlapping the valley portion. A capping layer covers the second electrode.

Abstract: A display device includes a pixel connected to a data line, a data pad connected to the data line, and a first test area. The first test area includes a test control line transmitting a test control signal, a test signal line transmitting a test signal, and a first switch connected to the data pad. The first switch includes a gate electrode connected to the test control line, first and second semiconductor layers overlapping the gate electrode, a source electrode connected to the first and second semiconductor layers, and a drain electrode spaced from the source electrode and connected to the first and second semiconductor layers. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to the test signal line and data pad, respectively. One of the first or second semiconductor layers includes an oxide semiconductor and the other of the first or second semiconductor layer includes a silicon-based semiconductor.
