摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for managing workload among server clusters is disclosed. According to certain embodiments, the system may include a memory storing instructions and a processor. The processor may be configured to execute the instructions to determine historical behaviors of the server clusters in processing a workload. The processor may also be configured to execute the instructions to construct cost models for the server clusters based at least in part on the historical behaviors. The cost model is configured to predict a processor utilization demand of a workload. The processor may further be configured to execute the instructions to receive a workload and determine efficiencies of processing the workload by the server clusters based at least in part on at least one of the cost models or an execution plan of the workload.

In embodiments, a first set of data performance information for the communication service application can be received from one or more servers providing the communication service application. A data performance metric can be determined for the communication service application based on receiving the first set of data performance information. A network service indicator icon for the communication service application can be generated based on the data performance metric determined.

The hybrid machine-learning model includes a first module configured to determine and/or predict one or more characteristics of the communication service. The first module encodes expert knowledge concerning the communication service in an algorithm configured to determine and/or predict the one or more characteristics of the communication module. The hybrid machine-learning model further includes a trained second module coupled to the first module. the trained second module receiving data from the first module and/or providing data to the first module for predicting of the quality of service (QOS) of the communication service.

A central network data analytics function (C-NWDAF) entity sends a first subscription request to an edge network data analytics function (E-NWDAF) entity, where the first subscription request is used to subscribe to a quality of service MOS level of a target service and a corresponding first network performance indicator. The first network performance indicator is a network performance indicator of a transmission network that carries the target service. The C-NWDAF entity receives the quality of service MOS level and the first network performance indicator from the E-NWDAF entity, and establishes a MOS model of the target service based on the received quality of service MOS level and the first network performance indicator.

An example apparatus includes at least one processor, and memory including instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to at least generate a composition for an edge service in the edge environment, the composition representative of a first interface to obtain the telemetry data, the telemetry data associated with resources of the edge service and including a performance metric, generate a resource object based on the performance metric, generate a telemetry object based on the performance metric, and generate a telemetry executable based on the composition, the composition including at least one of the resource object or the telemetry object, the telemetry executable to generate the telemetry data in response to the edge service executing a computing task distributed to the edge service based on the telemetry data.

摘要: A machine learning-based proxy model may generate measurements of quality of user experience in a vehicle-based communication network in the absence of direct feedback from the users regarding the user experience. Once generated, the proxy model may be applied to observed operational parameters of the on-board network to quantify the user experience for any user in any given instance. User experience measurements (e.g., trends identified therein) may be utilized to identify and implement adjustments to hardware, firmware, software, and/or service procedures associated with implementation of the on-board network. These adjustments may be implemented between transits of the vehicle, or in some cases, during transit of the vehicle to improve the user experience over the duration of use of the vehicle-based communication network.
