Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a composition unit configured to composite a plurality of captured images to generate a composite image, a recording control unit configured to record the captured images or the composite image as a recorded image in a recording unit, and a determination unit configured to determine an imaging mode or a method of composition performed by the composition unit, in which the recording control unit records type data determined on the basis of a result of the determination in association with the recorded image that is captured or composited according to the imaging mode or the method of composition determined by the determination unit.

Abstract: Provided are a damage diagram creation method, a damage diagram creation device, a damage diagram creation system, and a recording medium capable of detecting damage with high accuracy based on a plurality of images acquired by subjecting a subject to split imaging.
In a damage diagram creation method, damage of a subject is detected from each image (each image in a state of being not composed) constituting a plurality of images (a plurality of images acquired by subjecting the subject to split imaging), and thus, damage detection performance is not deteriorated due to deterioration of image quality in an overlapping area. Therefore, it is possible to detect damage with high accuracy based on a plurality of images acquired by subjecting the subject to split imaging. Detection results for the respective images can be composed using a composition parameter calculated based on correspondence points between the images.

Abstract: In a digital camera having a wireless communicator with a server, a storage controller treats full size image data and display size image data unequally if the full size image data has been already sent to the server. For example, the display size image data is not allowed to be replaced by new digital image data unless the digital camera is not in use over a prescribed time. Own image data and other's image data are treated equally. Image data received from outside and retrieved from inside memory are treated equally. Search key for own image data and related search keys existing in the outside are indicated in a comparable manner. The digital camera receives search key from neighboring advertiser to send it for Internet search of advertisement. Search key received from neighboring notable site is sent for Internet search of photographs of the notable site taken by others.
