摘要: A steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a method for producing the steel sheet. The steel sheet has a microstructure comprising ferrite: 5% or less, and at least one of upper bainite, fresh martensite, tempered martensite, lower bainite, and retained γ: 95% to 100% by area percentage, and retained γ: 4% to 15% by volume percentage. Retained γUB has a specified area percentage SγUB, retained γLB has a specified distribution number NγLB, and at least one of (i) fresh martensite has a specified equivalent circular grain diameter and aspect ratio and (ii) retained γ grains has a specified equivalent circular grain diameter and aspect ratio.

The steel sheet has a specified chemical composition and a microstructure containing ferrite and carbides, a ratio of the volume of ferrite and carbides to the volume of the entire microstructure is 90% or more, a ratio of the volume of proeutectoid ferrite to the volume of the entire microstructure is 20% or more and 80% or less, a Mn concentration in the carbides is 0.10 mass % or more and 0.50 mass % or less, and a ratio of the number of carbides with particle diameters of 1 μm or more to the total number of carbides is 30% or more and 60% or less.

摘要: To provide a steel and a manufacturing method thereof that can contribute to achieving both high strength and hydrogen embrittlement resistance. The steel has a chemical composition represented by: C: 0.15% to 0.35%; Si: 0.8% to 2.5%; Mn: 0.8% to 2.5%; Al: 0.03% to 2.0%; N: 0.002% to 0.010%; P: 0.01% or less; S: 0.01% or less; O: 0.01% or less; B: 0.0001% to 0.005%; Nb: 0.0% to 0.05%; Ti: 0.0% to 0.2%; V 0.0% to 0.05%; Mo: 0.0% to 1.0%; Cr: 0.0% to 1.0%; Ni: 0.01% to 1.0%; Cu: 0.05% to 1.0%; at least one of Ca, Mg and REM: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and the balance: Fe and impurities, and has a martensite phase or/and a bainite phase in which ε-carbide is dispersedly precipitated.

When a Cr concentration in an extraction residue obtained by electrolyzing and removing a region from a surface of the steel material to a depth position of 100±20 μm by performing a preliminary constant current electrolysis and thereafter further electrolyzing a region from a surface of the steel material to a depth position of 100±20 μm by performing a main constant current electrolysis is defined as “[Cr]” (mass %), and a Mo concentration in the extraction residue is defined as “[Mo]” (mass %), the steel material satisfies Formula (1).

摘要: A method for manufacture of a hot-rolled steel sheet which includes: producing a liquid steel to which manganese, silicon, niobium, and chromium are added, the additions being made in a vacuum chamber, then desulfurizing the liquid metal without increasing its nitrogen content, then adding titanium, said additions being made so as to obtain a liquid metal having a chemical composition where the titanium and nitrogen contents satisfy: Ti/N>3.42, and the carbon, manganese, chromium, and silicon contents satisfy: 2.6C+Mn/5.3+Cr/13+Si/15>=1.1%, then casting a semi-finished product, then heating said semi-finished product to a temperature between 1250° C. and 1300° C. for a holding period at this temperature between 20 minutes and 45 minutes, then hot rolling said semi-finished product to a rolling end temperature TFL between 825° C. and 950° C., to obtain a hot-rolled sheet, then coiling said hot-rolled sheet at a temperature between 500° C. and 750° C. to obtain a hot-rolled and coiled sheet, then pickling the oxide layer formed in the previous steps.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a hardened sheet steel component, wherein sheet steel sheet bars are cut from a coil made of a hardenable steel alloy or steel strip, formed into sheet steel component blanks in a cold forming process, and the blanks are heated in a continuous furnace to a temperature above the austenitization temperature required for the hardening and pressed and quench hardened in a form hardening tool. The blanks have point-shaped or linear beads, raised bumps, or flanges whose free ends or partial lengths are bent relative to the contact element so that the blanks rest on the contact element using only the point-shaped or linear beads, raised bumps, or free ends or partial lengths of the flanges. During form hardening, the beads, bumps or bends are pressed or deformed into the desired geometry of the finished component.

As built parts indicate a tensile strength of at least 1000 MPa, yield strength of at least 640 MPa, elongation of at least 3.0% and hardness (HV) of at least 375.
