摘要: Disclosed is a method for programming the progress of an injection molding cycle of an injection molding machine. The injection molding cycle includes several sequences which are manually started as a whole or in part in a setup mode and in a teaching mode. In the setup mode, parts of the injection molding machine are first actuated and are tested as to the functionality thereof. The tested parts are then actuated once again in the teaching mode according to the desired sequence of movements, said sequence of movements being stored in a controller of the injection molding machine. Specific actions such as building up and reducing forces and generating holding pressure can also be taught. The individually taught sequences can then be freely combined into new processes in a controller having a suitable operator interface and can be repeated multiple times.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for interactive control of a machine, whereby the operating parameters necessary for the working process of the machine are inputted into a data processing unit (12), for storing the operating parameters, using an input unit (10) with input fields in a form which guides the user. Working processes are thus carried out as a result of the inputs. A data set of the base rules for the working process of the machine is recorded in the data processing unit. A limited selection (11) of possible input choices is provided for the user by application of the data set based on the machine configuration and machine environment, which further comprise compatible parts for addition to the extant parts of a working process. Operator guidance is facilitated, whereby the user is provided with a limited selection (11), corresponding to the further parts of the process, on operating fields, by the input unit (10) on the surface (16) for manual input and/or for input using a manipulator (38).

摘要: The present invention is directed to an injection molding apparatus and method capable of preventing the occurrence of over-packing. The apparatus includes a pair of dies for forming a plurality of cavities therebetween; die closing devices for closing the pair of dies under a prescribed pressure; an injection device for injecting a molten resin into respective cavities under a prescribed pressure; and, a control device for controlling the die closing devices and the injection device. Further, the apparatus comprises a plurality of pressure sensors for detecting respective pressures in respective cavities and a control device that controls the injection device and/or the die closing devices to reduce the rate of injection of the molten resin and/or the force of closing the dies and, otherwise, stops the injection and/or the die closing operation when the pressure difference between cavities is found to be greater than a prescribed value on the basis of sensed values from the respective pressure sensors.

摘要: The present invention relates to injection mold hot runner control devices and more particularly to an injection molding control device which eliminates the conventional control cables to improve the quality of feedback signals received by the controller and the safety of the environment in which such systems are used. The present invention utilizes a signal processor to convert analog signals received from the mold temperature sensors into a digital feedback signal in the vicinity of the mold and to transmit such feedback signal to a receiver connected to a controller at a location remote from the mold. The mold controller processes the feedback signal and generates a corresponding control signal. The control signal is transmitted from the remotely located controller to the controlled device, typically the mold heaters. A single controller and a single mold signal processor may be used to be able to control numerous molds by utilizing signals on different lines or frequencies or in other means of signal differentiation known to those skilled in the art. The system of the present invention enables the injection mold user to eliminate the numerous problems, difficulties and repair costs of the prior art as well as enabling the user to gain an improved feedback loop that was not feasible under control systems of the prior art.
