    Abstract: An LED driver includes an operational amplifier (OP), N current driving circuits, and a resistor circuit. The OP compares a reference voltage with a feedback voltage to generate a control voltage. Each current driving circuit is coupled with an LED, and includes: an NMOS transistor including a drain, a source, and a gate, and being turned on according to the control voltage in an enablement mode and turned off according to the voltage of a ground terminal in a disablement mode, wherein the drain is coupled with the LED and the voltage at the source is the feedback voltage; and a switch circuit coupling the OP with the gate in the enablement mode, and coupling the ground terminal with the gate in the disablement mode. The resistor circuit is coupled between the source and the ground terminal and controls the current passing through the N current driving circuits.

    Abstract: An LED control circuit and an electronic device, and an electronic apparatus. The LED control circuit includes a power terminal, a grounding terminal, and a plurality of control signal outputs, and a level recognition circuit outputs a digital signal according to a voltage difference between a voltage at the power terminal and a voltage at the grounding terminal, a decoding circuit parses the digital signal to obtain control data of the LED control circuit, and output a plurality of control signals to a plurality of control signal outputs according to the control data. Thus, a reference circuit for providing the reference voltage is omitted, a circuit configuration is simplified and a hardware cost is reduced.

The controller is configured to: control, according to a first LED control mode, whether each LED of the set of LEDs is turned on or turned off; and control, according to a second LED control mode, whether each LED cluster of the set of LED clusters is turned on or turned off, wherein the first LED control mode requires the controller to use a first amount of computing resources, wherein the second LED control mode requires the controller to use a second amount of computing resources, and wherein the second amount of computing resources is lower than the first amount of computing resources.

    Abstract: An inrush current protection circuit for a solid state lighting fixture is provided. The inrush current protection circuit includes one or more current limiting devices and one or more switching devices coupled in parallel with the one or more current limiting devices. The one or more switching devices are configured in a first state when the solid state lighting fixture draws an inrush current from a power source. The inrush current is provided to the one or more current limiting devices when the one or more switching devices are in the first state. The one or more switching devices are configured in a second state when the solid state lighting fixture draws a steady-state current from the power source. The steady-state current bypasses the one or more current limiting devices when the one or more switching devices are in the second state.

    Abstract: This LED driving device comprises: a DC/DC controller which controls an output stage for supplying an output voltage to an LED; and a current driver which generates an output current of the LED, wherein the current driver performs PWM dimming by turning on the output current in accordance with an LED-current-on period of a PWM dimming signal and turning off the output current in accordance with an LED-current-off period of the PWM dimming signal, and the DC/DC controller includes a feedback control unit which performs feedback control for outputting a switching pulse to the output stage so as to make a cathode voltage of the LED equal to a reference voltage, and a pulse addition control unit which performs pulse addition control for adding a predetermined pulse number of additional switching pulses at a time of switching between the LED-current-on period and the LED-current-off period.
