摘要: Apparatus and methods for enhancing a videotelephony conference experience by generating dynamic audio channels. Audio outputs may be provided to listeners over different channels. The multiple channels may simulate live, in-person conversation with conference participants. For example, listeners may also conduct separate, private conversations with other participants of the conference without leaving the general conference conversation. The videotelephony conference interface may coordinate presentation of participants to reflect the audio channels provided to a listener. For example, actively speaking participants may be positioned in different regions of the interface.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing enhanced teleconferencing. An example method includes receiving audio streams from a plurality of client devices of participants of a teleconference; converting the audio streams for a first conversation within the teleconference into first text; converting the audio streams for a second conversation within the teleconference into a second text; analyzing the first text to identify one or more topics being discussed in the first conversation; analyzing the second text to identify one or more topics being discussed in the second conversation; and presenting, in a teleconference user interface, at least one of the one or more topics being discussed in the first conversation or the one or more topics being discussed in the second conversation.

摘要: Methods and systems described herein are directed to verifying a caller's identity and/or authorizing a caller's access to an account using a third party designated agent. A caller verification system can register an agent in association with an account holder's user account with an organization. When a caller attempts to access the account holder's user account during a phone call with a representative from the organization, the caller verification system can automatically request that the agent verify the caller's identity. In some implementations, the caller verification system can bridge or conference in the agent to the phone call to allow the agent to verify the caller's identity and indicate to the representative that the caller's identity matches that of the account holder. The caller verification system can also receive verification messages from the agent via text message, email, HTTP request, or other digital means.

摘要: A holographic calling system can capture and encode holographic data at a sender-side of a holographic calling pipeline and decode and present the holographic data as a 3D representation of a sender at a receiver-side of the holographic calling pipeline. The holographic calling pipeline can include stages to capture audio, color images, and depth images; densify the depth images to have a depth value for each pixel while generating parts masks and a body model; use the masks to segment the images into parts needed for hologram generation; convert depth images into a 3D mesh; paint the 3D mesh with color data; perform torso disocclusion; perform face reconstruction; and perform audio synchronization. In various implementations, different of these stages can be performed sender-side or receiver side. The holographic calling pipeline also includes sender-side compression, transmission over a communication channel, and receiver-side decompression and hologram output.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing headset/ear bud voice control to crew members in a quick-service restaurant are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: transmit transmission signals from a headset to the base station, receive reception signals by the headset from the base station; capture audio information from a first crew member, generate sound based on the received reception signals, generate the transmission signals to form a headset-specific uplink packet based on the captured audio information; generate semantic information based on the headset-specific uplink packet, wherein the semantic information includes one or more individual words; determine one or more commands that modify operation of the communication system, based on the semantic information, and facilitate execution of the one or more commands to control and/or modify the operation of the communication system.

摘要: A method for context-dependent in-call video codec switching includes receiving an indication that a far-side endpoint includes a capability to switch from an initial video codec to a secondary video codec during a call. During a call with the far-side endpoint, the method includes determining that a performance of an encoder satisfies a codec switching threshold. The codec switching threshold indicates that the performance of the encoder justifies switching from the initial video codec mid-stream of the call. During a call with the far-side endpoint, the method also includes switching from the initial video codec initially negotiated to govern the call to the secondary video codec.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods, systems, and storage media for detecting events based on updates to node profiles from electronic activities. Exemplary implementations may access an electronic activity transmitted or received via an electronic account associated with a data source provider; generate a plurality of activity field-value pairs; maintain a plurality of node profiles; identify a first state of a first node profile of the plurality of node profiles; update the first node profile using the electronic activity; identify a second state of the first node profile subsequent to updating the first node profile using the electronic activity; detect a state change of the first node profile based on the first state and the second state; determine that the state change satisfies an event condition; and store an association between the first node profile and an event type corresponding to the event condition.
