摘要: A method and a system for arranging a user multi-session from a plurality of user sessions, where the sessions are received from a plurality of computerized client devices communicatively coupled via a communication network to at least one content server. At least some of the client devices may be operated by a same user, and the data content may include at least part of data communicated between any client device and any content server. The method including dividing the received data content into a plurality of sessions, where at least two sessions are associated with the same user, selecting at least two sessions received from at least two respective client devices associated with the same user, and associating the selected at least two sessions to form a multi-session.

摘要: Systems and methods provide real-time communication between website operators and website visitors including monitoring, gathering, managing and sharing of information. The features include: simultaneous chatting with system's website visitor while responding/submitting tickets/emails and searching through company knowledge base; operator communicating message to another operator directly in active chat session, while message remains hidden to visitors/customers; displaying advertising messages to visitors/customers within chat window during active chat sessions; growing knowledge base by adding information into knowledge base during chat session; providing real-time access to system's website visitor information by seeing the content of visitor's shopping cart or by passing information from system's server into visitor's information located in operator's panel; creating and branding multiple chat windows and selectively linking all or some to the account; tagging and grouping each chat sessions; parent-child ticketing for project management; lead scoring; and mobile live chatting.

摘要: In various examples, durations of relatively high user activity within a gameplay session may be determined from user input events using a running user activity measurement. Once a duration is identified, it may be further analyzed to merge the duration with one or more other durations and/or to determine or predict whether the duration would be of sufficient interest for further action. A user interest score for an identified duration may be computed based on a set of the user input events that occur in the duration and used to determine and/or predict whether the duration would be of sufficient interest for further action. In some cases, an action may be performed based on determining the user interest score is greater than a statistical value that is computed from user interest scores of multiple identified durations.

摘要: Systems and associated methods are described for determining popularity of new content. The system analyzes a content item to identify at least a first and a second attribute associated with the content item. The system also identifies previously posted content items associated with the first and the second attributes. The system then determines levels of user activity associated with the previously posted content item corresponding to the first attribute over a first past time period and associated with the previously posted content item corresponding to the second attribute over a second past time period. The system then extrapolates a levels of user activity for a future time period based on the first past time period and on the second past time period. The system further determines an anticipated level of user activity associated with the content item for the future time period based on the extrapolated levels of user activity.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method includes by a client system associated with a user, receiving, at the client system, a user input from the user, parsing, by the client system, the first user input to identify a request to execute a function to be performed by an assistant system of several assistant systems associated with the client system, determining whether the user is authorized to access the assistant system by comparing a voiceprint of the user to several voiceprints stored on the client system, sending, from the client system to the assistant system in response to determining the user is authorized to access the assistant system, a request to set an assistant xbot of the assistant system into a listening mode, and receiving, at the client system from the assistant system, an indication that the assistant xbot is in listening mode.

摘要: Described processes include: determining portions of instances of a cryptographic token to be allocated to record providers, like providers of an asset indicated by a record, wherein: the portions are determined based on network effects associated with the records the record provider supplied on performance of a computer-implemented network in which both record providers and record consumers participate, patterns indicative of inorganic consumption may be determined from one or more of interactions of individual consumers, interactions of collections of consumers, or consumer interactions in the aggregate for a given provider or record; and the effects on network performance are adjusted responsive to designation of one or more entities as exhibiting inauthentic behavior; and appending to a distributed ledger, records indicating the respective portions, and adjustments, are allocated to record providers.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for selecting and distributing digital components based on predicted user attributes of users are described. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining data indicating content categories of content of the content pages accessed by the user during the user visits. A determination is made for an aggregate measure of each content category based on a quantity of user visits to content pages of the electronic resource of the publisher that included content classified as belonging to the content category. User attribute prediction data indicating previously predicted user attributes of the user is obtained. User attributes are predicted for the current visit of the user to the electronic resource of the publisher that is further used to select digital components for display with the electronic resource on a client device during the current visit.

摘要: A system for automating GUI digital content tracking is used to conduct a back end navigation event in which partitioned digital content blocks are sequentially displayed via an agent GUI. The system receives, in the back end navigation event, in association with at least some of the displayed partitioned digital content blocks, respective agent inputs indicating tracking markers within the partitioned digital content blocks. The system further establishes automated tracking of downstream user navigation events in which the partitioned digital content blocks are displayed in user GUIs, and generates tracking data including quantifications of user interactions, in the tracked downstream user navigation events, with the indicated tracking markers. At least a portion of the tracking data is displayed in a back end evaluation event.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for checking many users in to a location using a Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) beacon. The provided systems and methods may allow a BLE beacon to facilitate a check in with a remote server that processes check ins and then disconnect from the device used to check in. The device may be assigned a unique identifier that may be broadcast from the device during the check in so that the BLE beacon can quickly scan for the identifier and connect with the device based on the identifier to provide content and other information to the device.
