    摘要： The disclosure herein relates to an electric power converter in which a power module accommodating a switching element for electric power conversion is in contact with a cooler, and provides a structure capable of effectively cooling the power module. An electric power converter includes coolers in contact with a power module. A stacked body of the power module and the coolers is accommodated in a case. The surface of the first cooler opposite to the power module is in contact with the case, and an output bus bar is connected to a midpoint terminal and is in contact with the case. The first cooler directly cools the power module by one surface, and absorbs heat from the power module transferred via the midpoint terminal and the output bus bar by another surface.

    摘要： In a control circuit for a power converter applicable to a system including a rotary electric machine, a fail-safe controller performs, in response to determination that there is a failure in the system, a short-circuit control routine that turns on predetermined turn-on arm switches, and turns off predetermined turn-off arm switches. The turn-on arm switches bare one of (i) upper-arm switches and (ii) lower-arm switches, and the turn-off arm switches are the other of (i) the upper-arm switches and (ii) the lower-arm switches. An on determiner detects a drive state of each turn-on arm switch upon determination that the turn-on is instructed for the corresponding turn-on arm switch, and determines, based on the drive state of each turn-on arm switch, whether the turn-on arm switches are switchable to be on in preparation for a short-circuit control routine performed by a short-circuit controller.

    The switch according to the present invention includes: first terminal and a second terminal that are adjacently attached to a stator; a movable shaft movable in a first direction and a second direction, a plurality of movers attached to the movable shaft; and a movable segment that is connected to two of the plurality of movers and biases the two movers in a direction in which they are away from each other. The switch is capable of switching among: a first mode in which when the movers move in the first direction, the mover is pushed by the stator to deform the movable segment so as to protrude toward the terminal, and the movable segment comes into contact with the first terminal; an intermediate mode in which deformation of the movable segment by the movers is released, and the movable segment is in contact with neither the first terminal nor the second terminal; and a second mode in which when the movers move in the second direction, the mover is pushed by the stator to deform the movable segment so as to protrude toward the terminal, and the movable segment comes into contact with the second terminal.

The motor monitoring sensor includes an acceleration sensor attachable to a motor to be monitored to detect vibration of the motor, a processor that generates state information indicating a state of the motor based on a detection value indicating the vibration of the motor detected by the acceleration sensor, a transmitter that transmits the generated state information to a host device, and a vibration-powered generator attachable to the motor to generate power with the vibration of the motor and supply the generated power to the acceleration sensor, the processor, and the transmitter.
