摘要: The present disclosure pertains to techniques that leverage machine learning models to identify tumor-specific mutations through an integrated analysis of next generation sequencing data. In a particular aspect, a computer-implemented method is provided that includes generating sequence reads from one or more samples collected from the same patient, generating variant call files by analyzing the sequence reads corresponding respectively to the one or more samples, comparing variant call files to generate a list of candidate somatic variants, generating, by a classification machine learning model, scores for each of the candidate somatic variants in the list of candidate somatic variants, where the scores are generated based on a plurality of classifications generated by the classification machine learning model, determining, based on the scores, a ctDNA status for the patient, where the ctDNA status is either positive or negative, and generating a report that provides the ctDNA status for the patient.

摘要: A computing system receives, from a user device, an image that depicts at least a readout area of a test strip from a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) test after an LFIA test has been performed by applying a biological sample of a user to the test strip. The system obtains context data that describes a context of the LFIA test for the user, analyzes the image and the context data to generate an interpretation of a result of the LFIA test, wherein the interpretation indicates a condition of the user measured by the LFIA test, and returns the interpretation of the result of the LFIA test to the user device.

摘要: Disclosed herein, in some aspects, are systems and methods for detecting, monitoring, and managing a cardiac health status for a subject using ECG data. In some embodiments, the system receives health parameter measurements from one or more devices that are then used by a cardiac health tool (CHT) to determine a cardiac health status. Exemplary health parameter measurements include electrocardiogram (ECG) data from an ECG device and/or weight (from a weight scale for example). As described herein, in some embodiments, determining the cardiac health status includes a) detecting a cardiac condition in the subject, b) predicting a risk of a subject developing a cardiac condition (“cardiac condition risk”), and/or c) temporal monitoring of a cardiac health status for a subject. In some embodiments, the cardiac health tool is configured to determine the efficacy of a treatment or therapy applied to reduce the severity and/or risk of a cardiac condition.

摘要: A system may include various user devices coupled to a cellular network. Each user device may be associated with a respective member of a predetermined population. The system may further include a contact management server coupled to the cellular network. The contact management server may determine a previous contact event of a user device among the user devices. The contact management server may further determine a selection of a first contact type for contacting the user device. The first contact type may be different from a second contact type of the previous contact event. The contact management server may further transmit a command that triggers the contact event of the user device based on the first contact type.

摘要: A distributed computing system for managing blood collection procedures in a blood collection facility includes a system server including a memory and a communication interface, the system server configured to store data identifiers for a plurality of different human operators. A plurality of computerized blood collection instruments are configured to collect blood from donors to generate collected products, each blood collection instrument comprising a communication interface configured to transmit data regarding the blood collection instrument to the system server. The system server stores data identifiers for each blood collection instrument. A computer is coupled to the system server and configured to present a dashboard for improving operational performance at and/or across blood collection facilities. The dashboard displays procedure data, data regarding the plurality of different human operators and data tracking each operator's activities or performance on a display.
