Abstract: Various examples are provided related to synthetic echocardiography. In one example, a method includes receiving surface electrocardiography (ECG) signals obtained from a patient; synthesizing, through a machine learning model, a 3D model of a heart based upon the surface ECG signals; and generating a rendering of the heart based upon the synthesized model of the heart. In another example, a system includes a wearable monitoring device that can collect and transmit surface ECG signals; and a computing device that can receive the surface ECG signals obtained from a patient using the wearable monitoring device; synthesize, through a machine learning model, a 3D model of a heart based upon the surface ECG signals; and generate a rendering of the heart based upon the synthesized model of the heart. The rendering of the heart can be displayed locally (e.g., by the computing device) or transmitted to a user device for display.

Abstract: A system for determining cardiovascular characteristics is to be disposed on the body of a subject. The body has a detection area. The system includes a detector member and a processor. The detector member includes at least sixteen precordial electrodes which are to be placed on the chest of the subject within the detection area and which produce at least sixteen electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. The processor calculates at least twenty-four characteristic values based on the ECG signals. The characteristic values serve as basis for determining a location of chronic or acute myocardial ischemia in the body and a region of chronic or acute myocardial ischemia in the heart of the subject.

Abstract: Provided are a temperature measurement apparatus, a biometric detection assembly, and a wearable device. The temperature measurement apparatus comprises a housing, a temperature measurement component and an elastic component. The temperature measurement component is used for measuring the temperature of a measured object. The temperature measurement component can move relative to the housing, and the elastic component is arranged between the housing and the temperature measurement component. Abstract: A wearable article is provided as a wearable component of a medical device configured with elements to accommodate electrode pads in a manner that offers flexibility, cushion, and temperature regulation for comfort of a patient, as well as facilitating distribution of pressure on the electrode pads against the body of the patient. A containment portion of the wearable article houses the electrode pad and a spacer structure. The spacer structure is flexible to move as the body of the patient moves and yet provides a level of stiffness for pressure on the underlying electrode. Numerous springy elements dispersed in the spacer structure provide a thickness and open space for air circulation through the spacer structure, resulting in temperature regulation of the wearable article.
