摘要: An arrangement and method are provided for weighing plant support structures that are travel along a conveyance line. A load bar includes connections to couple the load bar to a carrier, which is moveable along the conveyance line. The load bar receives ends of plant support structure hooks, and exerts a lateral force on the hooks as the load bar travels. A load cell includes a leading portion that is lower in height than a weighing portion of the load cell. Each hook raises as it travels onto the load cell. The relationship of the height of the weighing portion and the length of the hook end are arranged such that, as the hook end is raised, it remains engaged with the load bar so that the load bar continues to exert a lateral force on the hook as the load bar moves in the direction of travel.

摘要: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to apparatus and methods for automatic fluid flow system connectors. The system generally includes a load cell interface coupled to a console and a ring connector coupled to a fluid collection system. The ring connector can be releasably engaged with the load cell using an engagement structure such as a latch, locking arm, or spring clip mechanism. The ring connector and load cell can include electrical contacts configured to engage along an axis that extends perpendicular to a surface that the electrical contacts are disposed on. Advantageously, reduced wear on the electrical contacts should extend the usable life of the system.

A chain tension control mechanism can include a rotatable wheel having its circumference following the curved track section and pass the weighing track section, which rotatable wheel can support a series of engaging units that engage the chain and/or the carriers in the curved track section to tension the chain and disengage the chain and/or the carriers in the weighing track section to release tension in the chain.

摘要: A fluid container measurement system is configured to suspend a load measurement assembly a distance above a support surface. The load measurement assembly houses a load cell and a measurement control circuit. The measurement control circuit is coupled to the load cell and configured to receive electrical signals indicative of a force imposed on the load cell. Electrical signals generated by the load cell indicative of the force exerted on the load cell can be used to measure the fluid container attached to the load cell linkage member. Methods of measuring a fluid container include attaching a fluid container to a fluid container attachment region and displaying the load measurement on a display adjustably attached to an upper surface of the housing of the load measurement assembly.

摘要: An elevator car load measurement system for determining a load of an elevator car includes a plurality of at least two force sensors that are daisy-chained and connected to a controller for determining the load. Each force sensor measures a force exerted by the elevator car on the respective force sensor and generates a frequency signal with a square-wave form, wherein the frequency signal is proportional to the respective measured force. At least one of the force sensors adds a first frequency signal received from the previous force sensor along the daisy chain a second frequency signal generated by the at least one force sensor to generate a frequency sum signal, the last of the force sensors in the daisy chain forwards the frequency sum signal to the controller.

The controller determines a plurality of possible distributions of the fluid between the source container and the satellite container based at least in part on the concentration or amount of said constituent and the combined weight measured by each weight scale, then controls the clamp system to selectively allow and prevent fluid flow from the source container to the satellite container so as to distribute the fluid between the source container and the satellite container according to one of the distributions, with at least one of the possible distributions being an uneven distribution of the fluid.
