摘要: A hysteresis compensation method, in which a hysteresis error is calculated for an obtained weighing value by means of an ideal hysteresis error model, and an ideal compensation value is further calculated by means of an ideal hysteresis compensation model, wherein by using a proportional relationship between a system hysteresis error model established in hysteresis calibration and the ideal hysteresis error model, the ideal compensation value is corrected to a final compensation value. The method establishes a mapping relationship between the system's own hysteresis compensation and the ideal state hysteresis compensation, and realizes the transformation of a complicated hysteresis error compensation situation into an ideal hysteresis error compensation situation. The method not only has a good compensation effect for the hysteresis error compensation under ideal situations, but also can obtain an excellent hysteresis compensation effect under complicated hysteresis situations.

摘要: A method to calibrate a Weigh in Motion (WIM) sensor that is arranged in a road flush with a road surface for determining a force exerted on the road surface by a vehicle's wheel transgressing the WIM sensor uses an evaluation unit that calculates the wheel force upon receiving the vehicle's velocity and a distance signal from a first device fixed on the vehicle and coordinates the wheel force with a synchronized signal from the WIM sensor to generate a calibrate function for the WIM sensor. The evaluation unit continuously adjusts the wheel force to take into account one or more of wheel pressure, wheel temperature, wheel tilt and vehicle acceleration. A system employing the method includes the vehicle, the evaluation unit, the first device, a synchronization device such as a GPS unit, and sensors for one or more of pressure, temperature, tilt and acceleration.

The weight loading mechanism loads a weight onto the weighing unit or removes a weight from the weighing unit; the weighing system records a weighing value of the weighing unit during the action of the weighing plate and weighing unit separation mechanism and a sensitivity value during the action of the weight loading mechanism. The weighing system modifies the weighing value at the time of the most recent combination of the weighing plate and the weighing unit based on the recorded weighing and sensitivity values, achieving a high precision.

摘要: A verification of a pipette results in a release or a warning message. A liquid measuring container (110) receives the pipette liquid volume (VP) to be verified. A loading cell (120) is connected to the liquid measuring container in a force-transmitting manner. The loading cell outputs a measurement signal (ms) corresponding to the weight force (FG) acting thereon. A processing unit (130) detects and processes the measurement signal (ms), determines a first weight force (Gt1) at time point (t1) and determines a second weight force (Gt2) at time point (t2). The pipette liquid volume is calculated and the calculated value is assigned to a pipette volume class (Ki) having a defined class nominal value (VKi). The processing unit tests whether or not an absolute value of the volume difference (ΔV) is within a predetermined tolerance value (T) for the assigned pipette volume class. The processing unit outputs the test result.
