    摘要: The task to provide a weigh feeder that permits more reliable control of the amount of bulk material transported by the weigh feeder is solved according to the invention in that a motor-driven conveyor is mounted separately and completely floating to convey the bulk material, in which a number of measurement devices are provided that are arranged and designed in order to determine the weight load of the conveyor from the bulk material. Through separate, completely floating support of the conveyor, a uniform force effect on the support of the conveyor and on the load cells arranged on it is achieved. The conveyor can therefore be weighed without a lever effect caused by a fixed bearing. Through separate, completely floating support of the conveyor, exclusively the weight of the entire conveyor without the weight of other components of the weigh feeder can also be determined.

    摘要: An impact flowmeter includes a housing having an inlet end, an outlet end, and an interior region. The flowmeter also includes an inlet chute coupled to the inlet end of the housing. The inlet chute has an open end for discharging material into the interior region of the housing. The flowmeter further includes a load cell coupled to the housing for generating an output signal, and an impact plate coupled to the load cell. The impact plate is aligned with the inlet chute so that material entering the housing strikes the impact plate. The impact plate deflects the load cell in a measurement direction to change the output signal from the load cell based on the flow rate of material. The flowmeter still further includes a stop for biasing the load cell in the measurement direction to establish a preload condition on the load cell, thereby reducing the affect of vibration on the output signal from the load cell. The flowmeter further includes a load cell mounting bracket located outside the interior region of housing to isolate the load cell from the interior region of the housing. The flowmeter includes a gasket for insulating the load cell from the housing to reduce the effect of ambient vibrations of the housing on the load cell. The impact plate is adjustable vertically and horizontally relative to the inlet chute.

There is provided a thickness measuring device contacting the fiber lap for mechanically detecting thickness fluctuations thereof. There are further provided a weighing device for continuously determining the weight of the travelling fiber lap; a second transducer connected to the weighing device and to the computer for applying thereto signals representing the momentary weight of the fiber lap passing through the weighing device; a first fiber lap advancing arrangement situated upstream of the weighing device for advancing the fiber lap to the weighing device; and a second fiber lap advancing arrangement situated downstream of the weighing device for withdrawing the fiber lap from the weighing device.
