The control device includes a continuously variable transmission control unit configured to generate a control signal of the continuously variable transmission unit such that the other power generated by the conversion unit exceeds the other power input to the reconversion unit.

摘要: A hydrostatic transmission is configured to realize a braking operation in which at least one adjustable traction motor, which acts as a pump, is supported via a closed circuit on an adjustable axial piston pump, which acts as a motor, and which in turn is supported on an internal combustion engine. Since overspeeding of the latter should be avoided, a control unit adjusts the pivot angle of the pump in accordance with a characteristic map which represents a relationship between a setting force and a pressure difference of two working lines of a closed circuit, a pump rotational speed, and the pivot angle. Thus, characteristic-map-based pilot control of the pivot angle of the pump is possible and feedback of the present pivot angle is omitted.

摘要: Hydrostatic transmission and method for decelerating a hydrostatic transmission with a closed hydraulic fluid circuit, in which a hydraulic pump drivable by a drive engine and a hydraulic motor are arranged and connected fluidly to one another through two working lines. Alternately depending on the operational mode and on the conveying direction of the hydraulic pump, one working line is the low pressure line and the other one is the high pressure line. The hydraulic pump as well as the hydraulic motor are adjustable in their respective displacement volumes by means of a control unit. The hydraulic motor comprises a housing in which a hydrostatic drive mechanism having an inlet and an outlet is arranged. In a connecting line connecting the outlet and the inlet a pressure control valve is arranged, which can be flown through in direction to the inlet. The pressure control valve opens if the high pressure present at the outlet exceeds a predetermined pressure limit of the pressure relief valve. During the coasting operation of the hydrostatic transmission the displacement of the hydraulic pump and/or of the hydraulic motor are adjustable by means of the control unit in function of the speed of the drive motor or of the speed of the hydraulic pump.

摘要: Improvements to a hydro-mechanical transmission based on fixed displacement pump/motors rather than variable displacement pump/motors are disclosed. These include rpm-changing gears on the input and the output pump/motors which allow the pump/motors to be operated at their maximum rated rpm and facilitate compact packaging. A novel selectable clutch configuration is part of the packaging arrangement. The addition of a two-speed all mechanical transmission on the output extends the useful range of a mechanical bypass of the hydraulic transmission intended for cruising.

Two hydraulic lines 6, 7 connect the hydraulic pump 4 and the hydraulic motor 5 and constitute for the hydraulic motor 5 according to the drive direction of the hydrostatic transmission 3 a supply line 6 and a return line 7. In at least one of the two hydraulic lines 6, 7 a throttle valve 16 is arranged being adjustable in its throttle cross section which, if the corresponding hydraulic line 7 is a return line 7 for hydraulic fluid under high pressure towards the hydraulic pump 4 is being adaptable in its throttle cross section dynamically such that the adjustable hydraulic power in return line 7 downstream of throttle valve 16 at any time during a coasting mode corresponds to the maximum power being supportable at the drive motor 2 in consideration of the power consumption of auxiliary consumers 100 and power losses.
