摘要: A hydraulic control circuit for a hydraulic motor operable at least at two displacements, having a proportional speed control valve with a control valve spool continuously moveable by means of a force generated by a pilot pressure being controlled by a continuously, electrically adjustable pilot valve having an electrical actuator, wherein the control valve spool is moveable between a full-torque end position, a reduced-torque end position, and at least one intermediate position. A time related control current function is provided for controlling the current applied to the electrical actuator for controlling the pilot pressure including a pre-current portion with a constant non-zero current and a current ramp portion during which the current is raised or lowered continuously from a ramp starting current level to an intermediate current level. The current is changed abruptly to a switching current level at the end of the current ramp portion for allowing the movement of the speed control valve spool from one of the two end positions via the at least one intermediate switching position into the other end position.

摘要: Manual displacement control device (MDC) for hydraulic units has an input shaft mounted rotatably about an input shaft axis in an input shaft block. The input shaft protrudes from the input shaft block with a first end, onto which a rotating torque can be applied. The MDC further includes a control spool housed in a control housing, which is moveable by means of rotating the input shaft for controlling a servo pressure. The control device has positioning means for adjusting and fixing the lateral position of the input shaft with respect to the control housing in a direction perpendicular to the input shaft axis and perpendicular to the direction of a restoring force exerted on the input shaft. The hydraulic unit is adjustable to its neutral position by means of a servo spring bracket providing an end stop surface for a servo spring seat towards the displacement element. The servo spring bracket is variably fixable to the hydraulic unit housing in a manner so that the orientation of the end stop surface can be adjusted parallel to the neutral position of the displacement element.

On each roller carrier a roller is provided rotatable around a roller axis. The rollers are secured in axial direction against slipping-off of the roller carriers by means of an embossed area located axially outside of the roller on the respective distal end portion of the roller carrier.

摘要: A hydraulic valve block for a hydraulic unit includes a high-pressure port, a low pressure port, a pilot valve having a pilot valve spool, and a bypass valve having a bypass valve spool. The pilot valve connects in an initial position a control line to a discharge area. The pilot valve is switched by means of a force whose height depends on the pressure level at the low pressure side to a shifted position in which the pilot valve conducts pressure from the high-pressure port to the control line. The bypass valve switches from a closed position in which a fluid connection between the high pressure port and low pressure port is disabled, to an open position in which a fluid connection between the high pressure port and low pressure port is enabled, if the control line connected to an opening surface of the bypass valve, is not connected to the high-pressure port.

摘要: A fluid working system such as a pump for displacing a working fluid such as hydraulic fluid or a motor using a working fluid is provided. The system may have a positive displacement machine which includes one or more working chamber with displacement means such as a cylinder with a reciprocating piston. There are also two or more fluid ports to allow the working fluid to flow into and out of the working chamber. The working fluid flows from one fluid port means to another either being forced to do so when pumped or moving the piston when functioning as an engine. The fluid working system has associated therewith a non-dead compliance volume of a material such as syntactic foam. This compliance volume acts to smooth any pressure fluctuations within the working fluid system.

摘要: Hydraulic axial piston unit (1) of the swashplate construction type having a drive shaft (2) adapted to drive or be driven by a cylinder block (4). The cylinder block comprises a plurality of cylinder bores (6), in which several pistons (8) are moveable in general along the rotational axis (10) of the drive shaft (2) and relative to the cylinder bores (6). First ends of the pistons (8) protrude outside of the cylinder bores (6) and are slidable fixed by means of slippers (14) to a swashplate (16). The slippers (14) are hold down in a sliding manner on a sliding surface (18) of the swashplate (16) by means of a slipper hold down ring (20) arranged parallel to the sliding surface (18). The slipper hold down ring (20) is in a sliding contact with its radial inner surface (22) with a matching surface (26) on a guide ball (24) rotationally fixed on the drive shaft (2) and axially moveable in direction of the rotational axis (10) relative to the cylinder block (4) against resilient forces of springs (28) characterized in that a mounting ring (30) is attached to the cylinder block (4) in order to limit the axial movement of the guide ball (24) towards the cylinder block (4).

摘要: Hydrostatic transmission and method for decelerating a hydrostatic transmission with a closed hydraulic fluid circuit, in which a hydraulic pump drivable by a drive engine and a hydraulic motor are arranged and connected fluidly to one another through two working lines. Alternately depending on the operational mode and on the conveying direction of the hydraulic pump, one working line is the low pressure line and the other one is the high pressure line. The hydraulic pump as well as the hydraulic motor are adjustable in their respective displacement volumes by means of a control unit. The hydraulic motor comprises a housing in which a hydrostatic drive mechanism having an inlet and an outlet is arranged. In a connecting line connecting the outlet and the inlet a pressure control valve is arranged, which can be flown through in direction to the inlet. The pressure control valve opens if the high pressure present at the outlet exceeds a predetermined pressure limit of the pressure relief valve. During the coasting operation of the hydrostatic transmission the displacement of the hydraulic pump and/or of the hydraulic motor are adjustable by means of the control unit in function of the speed of the drive motor or of the speed of the hydraulic pump.
