摘要: A joint for the angularly adjustable drive-connection of a cylinder block and a driveshaft of a hydrostatic bent axis piston unit. The joint has a shank which is rotatable about its longitudinal axis defining a joint axis, on both ends of the shank roller carriers project radially and basically perpendicular to the joint axis. On each roller carrier a roller is provided rotatable around a roller axis. The rollers are secured in axial direction against slipping-off of the roller carriers by means of an embossed area located axially outside of the roller on the respective distal end portion of the roller carrier.

摘要: A rotary fluid pump-motor includes first and second rotor assemblies and a bent cylinder sleeve. The first rotor assembly includes a first rotor, a piston cylinder, and a flange ring with an inclined guide surface. The second rotor assembly includes a second rotor and a piston. The first and second rotors are rotatably movable about inclined first and second rotor axes, respectively. The bent cylinder sleeve receives the piston cylinder and the piston therein through respective sleeve openings to define a piston chamber therebetween. The bent cylinder sleeve is in at least intermittent contacting relationship with the flange ring's inclined guide surface and rotatably movable about the first rotor axis with respect to the inclined guide surface such that the bent cylinder sleeve moves along the first rotor axis relative to the piston cylinder based upon its circumferential position along the inclined guide surface to correspondingly vary the piston chamber's volume.

摘要: An inclination angle of a swash plate of a swash plate type variable displacement compressor is rapidly changed to the maximum when electric current is supplied to an electromagnetic solenoid and therefore the compressor is operated at the maximum displacement. When a second valve body is opened, a first valve body is closed; when the second valve body is closed, a valve opening of the first valve body is controlled. Under the circumstance that electric current is supplied to the electromagnetic solenoid and an instruction for operating the compressor at the maximum displacement is issued, when the first valve body is closed, the second valve body is opened. In addition to supply of refrigerant gas from a discharge chamber to a control pressure chamber through a first supply passage, refrigerant gas is supplied from the discharge chamber to the control pressure chamber through a second supply passage.

摘要: A machine is disclosed that may be configured as a pump, a compressor or an engine. The machine displaces volume by means of pistons that are connected to a driveshaft without oscillating connecting rods. Cylinders are disposed in a rotating cylinder block that rotates on an axis inclined to the axis of rotation of the pistons. A spherical member centers the driveshaft with respect to the cylinder block, and a biasing means urges the cylinder block against a bearing surface. Displacement may be varied by varying the angle of inclination of the two axes of rotation.

摘要: An air conditioner comprises a compressing and expanding apparatus which includes a compressing system for compressing air taken into compression chambers in one of two cylinder blocks through an inlet aperture and discharging the air from an outlet aperture, and an expanding system for taking in the compressed air through an entrance aperture into expansion chambers in the other cylinder block and expanding the air therein. The air conditioner further comprises a heat exchanger for cooling positioned in the air flow between an outlet aperture of the compressing system and an entrance aperture of the expanding system. Since air is utilized as the cooling medium for the air conditioner, no air pollution or other problem is caused even if it is released into the atmosphere. Moreover, since multiple chambers are provided to process a large amount of air and since the compressing system and the expanding system are arranged compactly, the compressing and expanding apparatus can be compact.

摘要: A fluid machine comprises a housing and a rotary cylinder block in the housing. The rotary cylinder block includes a cylinder in which a piston reciprocates. Valve plate means is connected with the housing and disposed in sliding engagement with the cylinder block. The valve plate means is provided with two arcuate openings. Vanes are placed in the arcuate openings in the valve plate means. The vanes divide the incoming flow into a cylinder into portions having different velocities (both in absolute value and direction). The valves direct each portion of the flow to a different portion of the arcuate opening so that the portions are fed to the cylinder in a sequence such that the velocity of a portion entering the cylinder corresponds to the rate of change of the volume of a chamber defined by the piston and cylinder as the respective portions of flow enters the chamber.
