    摘要: A bent-axis machine comprises a housing having a control cover and a piston drum which is rotatably mounted in the housing on a valve plate and which has axial cylinders, each of which receives a piston. An adjustment system includes a pivot cradle via which the piston drum and the valve plate can be pivoted relative to the drive axis about a maximum working range which is delimited by a minimum pivot angle and a maximum pivot angle. The minimum pivot angle of the working range is shifted out of its zero position by at least 5°, and the maximum pivot angle is extended in the same way by at least 5° in order to retain the entire working range about the region left out of the lower region.

    摘要: In a bent axis hydraulic machine, a back plate and cylinder barrel vary in distance from a drive plate as a stroke angle of the cylinder barrel changes, thereby minimizing unswept fluid volume in the cylinders of the barrel at any stroke angle. Distance is controlled by one or more rollers, engaging respective tracks that define a profile of contact that determines the distance as a function of the stroke angle. Telescoping fluid supply channels are employed to maintain a fluid supply to the cylinder barrel as the distance changes.

The barrel and the valve plate are pivotally movable together about a pivot axis transverse the rotation axis for varying the displacement of the pistons in the bores. An end of the flow tube connects to the valve plate while allowing for axial movement of the flow tube relative to the valve plate in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the barrel.
