    摘要: A hydraulic unit includes a housing, a pump located in the housing, and a motor located in the housing and operably connected to the pump such that the motor is driven in response to fluid pressure delivered to the motor from the pump. An output shaft is operably connected to and driven by the motor and includes a body having a first end and a second opposite end, and a first flange and a substantially identical second flange integrally formed with the body of the shaft adjacent the second end. A relief is formed about a circumference of the body. A plurality of first splines are integrally formed with an exterior of the body between the second portion and the third portion, and a plurality of second splines are integrally formed with an interior surface of the body adjacent the second end.

    摘要: A hydraulic motor is provided having radial pistons, with a cylinder block, two main ducts, a fluid distributor, one distribution valve per cylinder, and a control system for controlling the distribution valves. The motor includes at least two elementary motors, and can operate in various different states in which, in each elementary motor, each of the cylinders is connected on the rising ramps to a second main duct and on the falling ramps to a second main duct; a first elementary motor being driving in a first state, and inactive or opposing in a second state, the control system operating the remainder of the hydraulic motor in the same way in these two states. A hydraulic circuit including said motor and a method of controlling such a motor are also provided.

    摘要: Unique engines, air compressors, and pneumatically driven electrical generators are disclosed. The engine employs a rotor having a number of pistons slidably disposed within respective cylinder bores extending into the rotor periphery. As the rotor spins within a stator, each cylinder bore passes a combustion stage at which the piston is driven further into the rotor toward a bottom of the respective cylinder bore. Valves at the bottom of the cylinder discharge air that is compressed by this piston downstroke, and admit new intake air during an opposing upstroke. The unit thus operates as a self driven compressor, or engine-compressor combination, and the compressed air may be used to pneumatically drive a turbine of an electrical generator. A carbon splitter dissociates carbon and oxygen molecules from the carbon dioxide in the air downstream of the generator turbine, reducing the overall carbon dioxide output of the system.

The rotor assembly comprises a rotor-drum having at least one cylinder bore having a piston disposed therein, wherein the piston has a ball-shaped end. A slipper is interposed between the swash plate and the rotor-drum, and includes a socket joint for accommodating the piston ball-shaped end therein. A plastic material may be disposed within the socket joint. The slipper has a ceramic interface surface in contact with the inclined surface. A stator plate is positioned in the housing, and a rotor plate is interposed between the stator plate and the rotor-drum. The stator plate has a ceramic interface surface in contact with the rotor plate. The rotor plate has a ceramic interface surface in contact with the stator plate.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cooling structure of a cylinder block, the cooling structure being capable of improving a cooling performance of sliding surfaces. A cylinder block includes a plurality of cylinders, and pistons are respectively inserted into the cylinders through openings. Each of the pistons performs reciprocating sliding on a sliding surface which defines the cylinder. A plurality of cooling depressions are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder block. Each of the cooling depressions extends from a front end surface of the cylinder block on a dividing wall located between the two adjacent cylinders and is formed by reducing the thickness of the dividing wall so as to reduce a thickness of a portion between the sliding surface and the outer peripheral surface.

    摘要: An oil-free compressor for a rail vehicle includes a multi-piece compressor housing, a first piston cylinder supported in a first opening in the compressor housing, a second piston cylinder supported in a second opening in the compressor housing, and a multi-piece crankshaft assembly supported by the compressor housing. The crankshaft assembly is linked to pistons of the first and second piston cylinders by respective connecting rods. The connecting rods connect to a wrist pin associated with each of the pistons, and the wrist pins are respectively supported by a dry lubricant bushing to the associated piston. The compressor housing may have at least a first housing portion and a second housing portion. The first housing portion and the second housing portion may form respective halves of the compressor housing that are secured together with mechanical fasteners.
