Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling a vertical pumping unit are provided. The method includes a self-learning phase and a running phase, wherein the self-learning phase includes obtaining a self-learning result and the running phase includes controlling a motor of the vertical pumping unit to run according to the self-learning result and preset running parameters. The method enables the vertical pumping unit to adjust running parameters of the running phase according to the self-learning results, avoid the accumulation of errors effectively so that changes in stroke length and stroke frequency caused by the motor V-belt, load belt extension and retraction and other elastic links are limited to a minimum range so as to ensure the running accuracy of the vertical pumping unit.

Abstract: A vacuum pumping apparatus may include: a common pumping line having a plurality of pumping line inlets and a pumping line outlet, each pumping line inlet being configured to couple with an outlet of an associated plurality of vacuum processing chambers; at least one primary vacuum pump in fluid communication with the pumping line outlet to pump gas from each vacuum processing chamber; and control logic operable to control operation of the primary vacuum pump in response to an indication of an operating state of the plurality of vacuum processing chambers. In this way, the performance of the primary vacuum pump can be adjusted to match the load provided by the processing chambers and when there is an excess capacity, the performance of the primary vacuum pumps can be reduced, which can lead to significant energy savings and reduce wear on the pump.

Abstract: There are provided an operation number control device and a method for controlling the same that can level the operation times of the fluid machines, which are connected to the operation number control device. A fluid machine system comprises a plurality of fluid machines, and an operation number control device capable of individually controlling start and stop of the fluid machines. The operation number control device sets a continuous operation time for each of the fluid machines based on total operation times of the fluid machine and other fluid machines. When among fluid machines in operation, there is a fluid machine for which the continuous operation time set for the fluid machine has elapsed and there is a fluid machine at stop, the operation number control device causes the fluid machine at stop to start and causes the fluid machine to stop.

Abstract: Provided is a method for continuing the operation of an electric compressor even if the magnitude of ripple voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold value. A control device of an electric compressor is provided with: a detection unit for detecting the ripple voltage of the electric compressor which is driven by a battery; a determination unit for determining whether or not the value of the ripple voltage is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value; and a control unit for reducing the rotation speed of a motor of the electric compressor down to a predetermined first target rotation speed greater than 0 when the value is greater than or equal to the threshold value.

Abstract: A method for controlling a fan in a fan start-up stage including a first time period and a second time period comprises the following steps of: during the first time period, continuously providing a first driving signal to drive the fan; and during the second time period, continuously providing a second driving signal to drive the fan; wherein, the signal value of the first driving signal gradually decreases until being equal to the signal value of the second driving signal. Wherein the signal value of the first driving signal non-linearly decreases, the signal value of the second driving signal is an unchanged value. Wherein, the first time period and the second time period are adjusted for a different fan but the sum of the first time period and the second time period is always the same. A fan is also disclosed.

Abstract: A bellows pump device includes a control unit which, before operation of the bellows pump device is started, performs initial control in which solenoid valves are switched and pressurized air is supplied to suction-side air chambers in advance, thereby determining operation air pressures which are air pressures of the pressurized air to be supplied to the suction-side air chambers during the operation. As the initial control, the control unit outputs control commands to electropneumatic regulators so as to gradually increase the air pressures of the pressurized air to be supplied to the suction-side air chambers in advance, and when detection signals resulting from detection of expansion positions of the bellows are inputted from the proximity sensors to the control unit, the control unit determines the air pressures of the pressurized air supplied to the suction-side air chambers at that time as the operation air pressures.
