    Abstract: In a diaphragm pump having a fluorine resin-made rolling diaphragm including: an inner circumferential portion that elongates along an outer circumferential surface of a piston; an outer circumferential portion that elongates along the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder; and a folded portion that is formed by folding back in a tubular space between the cylinder and the piston; and a pump chamber is separated by the rolling diaphragm in the cylinder, the rolling diaphragm is produced in an extended attitude corresponding to an attitude obtained when, by a projective movement of the piston, the outer circumferential portion is eliminated, and the folding of the folded portion is opened.

    Abstract: A diaphragm pump has: a housing; a piston; a shaft; a rolling diaphragm, which is configured so that a lid portion reciprocally moves integrally with the piston; a driving device, which can convert rotational movement of a motor section to linear movement, and output the linear movement from an output axle to the shaft; a guiding member; and a restricting mechanism. The guiding member is placed on another axial end side of an interior of the housing with respect to the piston, attached to the housing, and able to guide the shaft movably in the axial direction. The restricting member is disposed in the housing and between the guiding member and the shaft, and able to restrict rotation of the shaft about the axis while allowing reciprocal movement in the axial direction.

    Abstract: An antistatic cover which, when the cover covers an insulating resin-made tube, can enhance the certainty of preventing the tube from being electrically charged, and can facilitate attachment to and detachment from the tube. The tubular cover body, is divided in a circumferential direction to form first and second divided portions. The cover body is elastically deformed such that the first and second divided portions separate from each other, and allow the tube to pass through between the first and second divided portions. The cover body has a plurality of first cutaway portions, which pass through at least one of the first and second divided portions in a radial direction of the cover body, and is configured such that, when the cover body is fitted onto the tube, a part of the tube can be exposed through the plurality of first cutaway portions.

    Abstract: A structure allowing a gasket to be mounted on a fluid device is provided. The gasket includes an annular attaching portion that has a first slope at an axial end. The fluid device includes an annular attached portion with a second slope that contacts the first slope. The first slope at least partially includes a contact area that contacts the second slope to seal a gap between the first slope and the second slope. The contact area has an annular bulge protruding toward the second slope in contrast to other portions of the first slope so that the bulge is the earliest contact portion with the second slope when the contact area is brought into contact with the second slope.

    Abstract: A structure of a resin-made pipe joint includes a sleeve which is press-insertable from one axial side into one longitudinal end portion of a flexible tube to flare the one longitudinal end portion to hold the flared state, a joint body which is couplable to the sleeve, and a union nut which is fastenable to the joint body to hold a state where the sleeve press-inserted into the one longitudinal end portion is coupled to the joint body. The sleeve has a taper-like first outer circumferential surface, a second outer circumferential surface having an outer diameter that is smaller than a maximum outer diameter of the first outer circumferential surface, and an annular step portion which is an annular step portion that is disposed between the first outer circumferential surface and the second outer circumferential surface and comprises an edge portion on a side of the first outer circumferential surface.
