摘要: The present disclosure describes three-dimensional printing kits, systems for three-dimensional printing, and methods of three-dimensional printing. In one example, a three-dimensional printing kit can include a particulate build material and a binding agent. The particulate build material can include metal particles. The binding agent can include a polyhydroxy polyol and a water-dispersible blocked polyisocyanate having multiple blocked isocyanate groups. The blocked isocyanate groups can include a blocking group bonded to the carbon atom of the blocked isocyanate group through a labile bond breakable by heating to a deblocking temperature. Breaking the labile bond can produce a released blocking group reacted with hydrogen and an isocyanate group.

摘要: A three-component polyurethane composition consisting of a first, a second and a third component, the first component containing a polyol having an OH functionality in the range from 1.5 to 4 and an average molecular weight in the range from 250 to 15000 g/mol and a compound having at least one thiol group, the second component containing at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups, which can form thiol complexes and preferably has a drying agent, and the third component containing at least one polyisocyanate, the molar ratio of all thiol groups of the compound to all metal atoms of the metal catalyst being between 1:1 and 250:1.

摘要: High solids curable film-forming compositions and coating kits are provided, comprising: (a) a polyisocyanate curing agent; and (b) a film-forming component comprising at least one of (i) a secondary-hydroxyl functional (meth)acrylic polyol having pendant ester functional groups and a weight average molecular weight of 4000 to 8000; and (ii) a reactive constituent comprising: (1) a polymeric polyol comprising a polyester polyol and/or an addition polymer that is different from (i); and (2) an organic medium comprising a hydrophobic and/or sterically hindered reactive diluent having hydroxyl functional groups. Alternatively, the film-forming component (b) comprises the secondary-hydroxyl functional (meth)acrylic polyol (i) and optionally at least one of (1) and (2) above. The (meth)acrylic polyol comprises 20 to 35 percent by weight residues of an epoxy functional ethylenically unsaturated monomer. Methods of improving appearance of an effect pigment-containing coating layer on a substrate are also provided.

A second thermal process is performed on the first mixture, a second crosslinking agent, a chain extender, and an amino acid to form the zwitterionic resin, in which the chain extender includes a polyol.
