摘要: The present invention discloses a conductive silver aluminum paste, a preparation method, an electrode, and an N-type Topcon battery. The conductive silver aluminum paste comprises silver powder, metal powder containing aluminum element, powder containing silicon or boron element, glass powder, and organic carrier; wherein, when defining the total weight of the conductive silver aluminum paste as 100%, the weight percentage content of each component is: silver powder 80.0%-90.0%, metal powder containing aluminum element 0.5%-3.0%; powder containing silicon or boron element 0.1%-1.0%; glass powder 1.5%-6.0%; organic carrier 7.0%-15.0%. The present invention meets requirements for electrode materials of current development of N-type Topcon batteries well, and has advantages of low contact resistances, high open circuit voltages, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and high output power.

摘要: A dip-coat binder solution comprises a dip-coat metallic precursor and a dip-coat binder. The dip-coat binder solution has a viscosity greater than or equal to 1 cP and less than or equal to 150 cP. A method of forming a part includes providing a green body part comprising a plurality of layers of print powder and a print binder, dipping the green body part in a dip-coat binder solution, and heating the dip-coated green body part. The dip-coated green body part is heated to form a coated green body part having a metallic precursor coating on an outer surface of the coated green body part. The coated green body part has a strength greater than or equal to 10 MPa.

Preferably, when the conductive metal powder includes nickel, the at least one oxide of ABO3 type with the specified ionic radius is at least one of NiTiO3, MgTiO3, or MnTiO3.

摘要: Provided is a composite magnetic material in which low electrical conductivity and high magnetic permeability are achieved, and in which a frequency band in which decoupling is caused encompasses higher frequencies. The composite magnetic material comprises a flat soft magnetic metal powder; insulating particles which are smaller than an average thickness of the soft magnetic metal powder and which are disposed on a surface of the soft magnetic metal powder; and an organic binder material which retains the soft magnetic metal powder and the insulating particles in a dispersed manner. In a cross section in a thickness direction of the soft magnetic metal powder, there is at least one insulating particle per a length of 0.2 μm of the soft magnetic metal powder surface.

摘要: Methods for large-scale additive manufacturing of high-strength boron nitride nanotubes (BNNT)/aluminum (Al) (e.g., reinforced Al alloy) metal matrix composites (MMCs) (BNNT/Al MMCs), as well as the BNNT/Al MMCs produced by the large-scale additive manufacturing methods, are provided. A combination of ultrasonication and spray drying techniques can produce good BNNT/Al alloy feedstock powders, which can be used in a cold spraying process.

摘要: A graphene modifying method of metal having following steps of providing metal powders, graphene powders and a binder, the metal powder has metal particles, and the graphene powder has graphene micro pieces, each graphene micro piece is formed by 6-atom unit cells connected with each other, each 6-atom unit cell is connected to a stearic acid functional group by a sp3 bond; mixing the metal powder, the graphene powder, and the binder to generate heat by a friction, each sp3 bond connected with the stearic acid functional group is thereby heated and broken, each 6-atom unit cell is connected with other 6-atom unit cells via the broken sp3 bond, and the metal particles are thereby wrapped by the 6-atom unit cells; and sintering the metal particles into a metal body to transform the plurality of graphene micro pieces into a three-dimensional mash embedded in the metal body.

摘要: The present disclosure describes three-dimensional printing kits, systems for three-dimensional printing, and methods of three-dimensional printing. In one example, a three-dimensional printing kit can include a particulate build material and a binding agent. The particulate build material can include metal particles. The binding agent can include a polyhydroxy polyol and a water-dispersible blocked polyisocyanate having multiple blocked isocyanate groups. The blocked isocyanate groups can include a blocking group bonded to the carbon atom of the blocked isocyanate group through a labile bond breakable by heating to a deblocking temperature. Breaking the labile bond can produce a released blocking group reacted with hydrogen and an isocyanate group.
