摘要: The present disclosure provides a copper nanoparticle paste suitable for high-precision direct-writing 3D printing, and preparation and application thereof. A triaryl phosphine compound or trialkyl phosphine compound is adopted as a copper powder protective agent, and copper nanoparticles are prepared into oil-soluble paste containing epoxy resin; and thus, the problem that the copper nanoparticle paste is prone to be oxidized in preparation and storage processes is solved, and the electrical conductivity of the copper nanoparticle paste is improved, to ensure that the copper nanoparticle paste is suitable for the high-precision direct-writing 3D printing.

摘要: Methods and build materials are provided for producing articles with additive manufacturing processes. The methods comprise providing a build material comprising a powder mixture of about 95.0 wt. % to about 99.95 wt. % metallic powder and about 0.05 wt. % to about 5.0 wt. % graphene powder and performing an additive manufacturing process to produce the article from the build material. The graphene powder comprises nanoplatelets having between 1 and 30 layers of graphene.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a fiber-reinforced copper-based brake pad for high-speed railway train, and preparation and friction braking performance thereof. The fiber-reinforced copper-based brake pad for high-speed railway train comprises 80-98.5 wt. % metal powder, 1-15 wt. % non-metal powder and 0.5-5 wt. % fiber component. In addition, some components are added in a specific proportion to achieve optimal performance. The copper-based powder metallurgy brake pad is obtained by powder mixing, cold-pressing and sintering with constant pressure. The friction braking performance of the obtained brake pad is tested according to a braking procedure consisting of three stages, i.e., the first stage with low-pressure and low-speed, the second stage with high-pressure high-speed and the continuous emergency braking third stage with high-pressure and high-speed. The brake pad has advantages including higher and more stable friction coefficient, higher fade and wear resistance and slighter damage to brake disc at high speeds.

The manufacturing apparatus includes: a chamber; a metal powder feeding device that feeds the metal powder to an irradiation area; a shaping optical beam irradiation device that applies the shaping optical beam to the metal powder in the irradiation area; an absorptance enhancement assisting unit that performs a predetermined absorptance enhancement assisting treatment on the metal powder; and a shaping unit that, following implementation of the absorptance enhancement assisting treatment, performs a shaping treatment of additively shaping the article by applying the shaping optical beam and thus heating the metal powder to sinter or melt and then solidify.

摘要: The invention relates to nano-particles comprising metallic ferromagnetic nanocrystals combined with either amorphous or graphitic carbon in which or on which chemical groups are present that can dissociate in aqueous solutions.According to the invention there is provided nano-particles comprising metal particles of at least one ferromagnetic metal, which metal particles are at least in part encapsulated by graphitic carbon.The nano-particles of the invention are prepared by impregnating carbon containing bodies with an aqueous solution of at least one ferromagnetic metal precursor, drying the impregnated bodies, followed by heating the impregnated bodies in an inert and substantially oxygen-free atmosphere, thereby reducing the metal compounds to the corresponding metal or metal alloy.
