Abstract: A bonded structure includes a first bonded member having a first bonding surface, a second bonded member having a second bonding surface, and a bonding layer that bonds the first bonding surface and the second bonding surface. The bonding layer includes a stress relaxation layer containing a chain polymer, a first bonded molecular layer containing a first bonded molecule bonded to the first bonding surface, and a second bonded molecular layer containing a second bonded molecule bonded to the second bonding surface. A first end of the chain polymer is bonded to the first bonded molecule via a first binding molecule or without bonding via the first binding molecule. A second end of the chain polymer is bonded to the second bonded molecule via a second binding molecule or without bonding via the second binding molecule.

Abstract: A thermosetting resin composition that is capable of suppressing the occurrence of gaps that form between an adherend and a sheet even when the sheet is closely adhered by pressing against an adherend having a roughened surface with a low pressing force. The thermosetting resin composition includes an epoxy resin as a main component resin and boron nitride agglomerated particles as an inorganic filler. A proportion of the boron nitride agglomerated particles in the resin composition is 40% by volume or more and 50% by volume or less, and a proportion of the inorganic filler other than the boron nitride agglomerated particles in the resin composition is 7% by volume or less.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a dielectric sheet, includes the steps of extrusion molding a mixture including powder polytetrafluoroethylene and spherical silica at a temperature lower than or equal to a melting point of the polytetrafluoroethylene, and calendering a sheet body obtained by the extrusion molding. A mass ratio of the silica with respect to the polytetrafluoroethylene is 1.3 or greater. An average particle diameter of the silica is 0.1 μm or greater but 3.0 μm or less. A reduction ratio of the extrusion molding is 8 or less.

The present disclosure further provides methods for manufacturing a vehicle component, including contacting a carbon fiber material with a polysilazane or a dibromocarbene to form a coated carbon fiber material; and mixing the coated carbon fiber material with a thermosetting polymer or a thermoplastic polymer to form a composition. Methods can further include depositing a composition of the present disclosure onto a metal substrate.

Abstract: An aluminum-plastic film and a substrate for an aluminum-plastic film are provided. The aluminum-plastic film includes a polyester layer, a composite resin layer, a polyamide layer, and an aluminum layer. The composite resin layer is disposed between the polyester layer and the polyamide layer. The aluminum layer is disposed on the polyamide layer. The polyester layer, the composite resin layer, and the polyamide layer are integrally formed by co-extrusion. The composite resin layer includes a terpolymer and a polyolefin resin. Based on a total weight of the composite resin layer being 100 wt %, an amount of the terpolymer is higher than 45 wt %. The terpolymer contains structural units of ethylene butyl acrylate.
