摘要: Proposed are a plastic foam product added with EVA recycled pellets and a method of manufacturing the same, in which there is provided a process for manufacturing a shoe sole by recycling shoe molding waste generated due to defective judgment during a shoe manufacturing process and used shoe waste discarded after use of finished shoe products, thereby allowing shoe manufacturing to meet the trend of pursuing eco-friendly products in Korea and in markets such as Europe, and there is provided a process in which dispersion between materials is strengthened in the process of manufacturing a plastic foam product by adding EVA recycled pellets to an EVA foam compound and mixing them with each other, thereby enabling uniform foaming and thus realizing a good shape and improving the strength and quality of the product.

摘要: A method for producing a fiber assembly, including: putting a plurality of fibers and a fiber treatment agent into a stirring tank; and stirring a mixture of the fibers and the fiber treatment agent with a stirring blade to granulate the mixture, wherein the fibers include carbon fibers, and the mixture is granulated such that the fibers are aligned. A method for producing a fiber assembly, wherein a plurality of fibers containing carbon fibers and a liquid are put into a stirring tank and the mixture of the fibers and the liquid is stirred with a stirring blade, thereby obtaining a fiber assembly which has a spheroidal shape or a strand shape.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for making aggregate from comingled waste plastics. For example, there is provided a method of making a preconditioned absorptive resin aggregate, the method including: obtaining a supply of granulated mixed plastic waste treated with a preconditioning agent that comprises at least one of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide; mixing the supply of granulated mixed plastic waste treated with the calcium oxide preconditioning agent with one or more additives to form a plastic waste mixture, the one or more additives comprising pozzolans; hot extruding the plastic waste mixture to form an extruded product comprising waste plastic material; cooling the extruded product; and processing the extruded product to form an aggregate. Products incorporating such aggregates, such as, for example, lightweight construction blocks, are also provided. Also provided are methods of forming a waste plastics feedstock.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a roof cover board and a method of manufacturing an improved cover board product. The method includes receiving waste materials or first use materials, the waste materials or first use materials containing a mixture of cellulose, plastic and other materials; separating the cellulose and the plastic from the mixture; shredding the separated cellulose using a first shredder into a stream of cellulose and shredding the separated plastic using a second shredder into a stream of plastic; selecting a cellulose to plastic ratio from a plurality of cellulose to plastic ratios; metering shredded cellulose from the stream of cellulose and shredded plastic from the stream of plastic according to the selected cellulose to plastic ratio; mixing the metered shredded cellulose and plastic; forming said mixture into a mat; and consolidating the mat into a finished good using heat and pressure.

摘要: A thermal insulation batt is created from recycled carpet fibers and fire resistant cotton shoddy bonded by staples of bi-component fiber having a polyester core and low melting polymeric sheath. The low melting polymeric sheath melts at a temperature well below the melting or degradation temperature of any of the carpet fibers from the recycled carpets. Since the sheath has a small thickness, the amount of melt created is small and bonding occurs only between the bi-component staple fiber and adjacent carpet fiber or fire resistant cotton shoddy without melt overflow. The rigidized thermal insulation batt can be used in a building between studs and may be used in an automobile door for sound proofing. This product is particularly well suited for use as acoustic and thermal insulation in buildings as “non-load bearing” partitions in interior offices of commercial buildings. This bonded low density composite fibrous structure has fire retarding constituents incorporated within the batt to retard propagation of building fire. These stated uses are non-limiting; and other uses are contemplated, including automobile interior structures.
