摘要: A notch cutter according to the present invention generally comprises a cutting head driven by a motor to cut a notch parallel to the wood grain of a board. The board is held in place by a board frame, while wood shavings are funneled away from the notch cutter through an exhaust. Pneumatic tubes may be used to facilitate linear movement of the cutting head and motor along guide rails. The motor and guide rails are protected by a casing that may include beams and a stabilizer.

摘要: A mortising kit for hinges, locks, strike plates, and the like can include a guide attachable to a subject to be mortised (e.g., door or door jamb). The kit can include a chisel that interacts with locating features of the guide to ensure proper placement of the chisel. Force applied to the chisel can score or otherwise cut the subject to a desired depth, at which point stops or other features of the guide can limit the chisel from scoring or cutting deeper. Placement of the chisel at opposite ends of the guide allow the full mortise perimeter to be scored or cut. Excess waste material can be removed from between the mortise perimeter, such as through use of the block plane.

A pre-plating system includes a press, an infeed robot configured to deliver a structural member to the press, and an outfeed robot configured to remove the structural member from the press. The press is configured to secure a plate to the structural member while the structural member is held in position by at least one of the infeed robot or the outfeed robot. A pre-plating system includes a press, a transfer pedestal, a plate picking robot, and a press loading robot. The plate picking robot is configured to pick a plate from a container and position the plate on the transfer pedestal. The press loading robot is configured to transfer the plate to the press. The press is configured to press the plate into a structural member positioned within the press.

摘要: A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a conveying path, a discharge port, a stacking portion, a manual setting portion, a binding device which binds a sheet bundle formed by the stacking portion and a sheet bundle set at the manual setting portion by a staple, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle at a rear side of the apparatus in a width direction, and a second regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle in the conveying direction. The binding device is formed to be movable back and forth to a front side and the rear side of the apparatus. When a staple is replenished to the binding device, the binding device is positioned at the third position so that a cartridge of the staple is loaded into the binding device from the front side of the apparatus.

The slide shoe or the pressure shoe is provided in order to support the surface of the panel to be milled by means of its sliding surface or sliding surfaces on a rotating milling cutter that carries out a milling operation on the edge of the panel.

The system generally includes a plurality of table segments aligned in parallel and adapted to position a series of locating blocks on a top surface of the system/table, where each block is a component of one of a plurality of locating assemblies in the system. The block positions collectively define an outer boundary of a support truss (e.g., as a roofing truss). Once the blocks are moved to their desired position, appropriately sized truss segments are placed within the block-defined boundary and fastened together.
