摘要: A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion for conveying sheets, a conveying path for sheets, a stack portion for stacking sheets, a first binding portion having a first binding member and moving in a crossing direction crossing to the conveying direction, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle stacked on the stack portion, a second regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle stacked on the stack portion, a third regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle, and a second binding portion which has a second binding member and binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple. The first binding portion binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle by a staple. The second binding member is located at a downstream of the first binding member in the conveying direction.

摘要: A sheet binding apparatus includes a stack portion on which sheets are stacked; a manual setting portion, different from the stack portion, to which sheets are manually set from an outside of the apparatus; a first binding portion binding sheets stacked on the stack portion and set on the manual setting portion, the first binding portion being movable to a first position where sheets on the stack portion are bound and to a second position, different from the first position where sheets set on the manual setting portion are bound; and a second binding portion binding sheets stacked on the stack portion, the second binding portion being different from the first binding portion. The first position is set, with respect to a moving direction of the first binding portion, between the second position and a third position where the second binding portion binds sheets stacked on the stack portion.

摘要: A sheet processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus according to the present invention includes an upper blade capable of moving up and down and a lower blade to cut a sheet bundle between the upper blade and the lower blade by downward movement of the upper blade. When the sheet bundle is cut by the downward movement of the upper blade, an assisting sheet is moved to a position below a blade edge of the upper blade such that cutting waste of the cut sheet bundle is dropped down without being adhered to the lower blade.

摘要: A finisher for binding a sheet bundle includes a conveying portion for conveying sheets, a stacking portion for stacking the sheets, a manual setting portion to which the sheet bundle is inserted by an operator, a stapler having a head at a front portion thereof for binding the sheet bundle by a staple and a cartridge at a rear portion for housing the staple, a stapler moving unit for moving the stapler to a first stapling position for binding a corer portion of the sheet bundle, a second stapling position for binding the sheet bundle inserted into the manual setting portion and a staple loading position for removing the cartridge and replenishing a new cartridge, and a moving unit for rotating the stapler to a posture such that the rear portion rather than the front portion of the stapler is located at a front side in the depth direction.

摘要: A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a conveying path, a discharge port, a stacking portion, a manual setting portion, a binding device which binds a sheet bundle formed by the stacking portion and a sheet bundle set at the manual setting portion by a staple, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle at a rear side of the apparatus in a width direction, and a second regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle in the conveying direction. The binding device is formed to be movable back and forth to a front side and the rear side of the apparatus. When a staple is replenished to the binding device, the binding device is positioned at the third position so that a cartridge of the staple is loaded into the binding device from the front side of the apparatus.

摘要: A scrap stacking apparatus includes a stacking portion to which scraps, generated in processing portions that carry out processes on sheets, are stacked, an oscillation portion that is placed out of the stacking portion, and generates an electromagnetic wave, and a receiving portion that is placed out of the stacking portion, and receives the electromagnetic wave oscillated by the oscillation portion through the stacking portion, wherein the oscillation portion generates an electromagnetic wave in a band from 30 GHz to 100 THz, and the electromagnetic wave, oscillated by the oscillation portion, is received by the receiving portion through the stacking portion so that a stacked state of the scraps housed in the stacking portion is detected.
