    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which UEs may communicate with satellites and base stations or gateways in a non-terrestrial network (NTN). Due to the large distances between transmitting devices and receiving devices in a NTN, timing adjustments to account for propagation delay communications links via a satellite may include a propagation delay between a UE and a satellite, a propagation delay between a base station and a satellite, as well as a variation in the propagation delays due to movement of the satellite. In accordance with various techniques discussed herein, a UE may account for variation in propagation delay, in addition to determined propagation delay, when determining an uplink timing for uplink communications via a satellite.

    摘要: Methods, apparatus, and processor-readable storage media for controlling transfer of data based on network bandwidth demand are provided herein. An example method includes obtaining a request to transfer data corresponding to an application by at least one node of a plurality of nodes of a distributed computing system; identifying a category of the data, from among a plurality of categories, to be transferred by the application based on the request; and controlling the transfer of the data based on the identified category, where the controlling includes: causing the at least one node to transfer the data in response to the identified category being a first category of a plurality of categories; and causing the at least one node to at least delay the transfer of the data based on the category being a different category of the plurality of categories and an available network bandwidth of the distributed computing system.

    摘要: This application discloses a method for controlling traffic in a packet-based network. In the method, after receiving a control packet from a transmit end, an intermediate node between the transmit end and the receive end sends a control packet at the head of a first control queue based on a first duration, wherein the first duration is obtained based on a committed burst size (CBS) and a first committed information rate (CIR), and the intermediate node is configured to send a packet of a first transmit end to a first receive end in the packet-based network. After sending the control packet in the control queue, the intermediate node sends a first data packet set at the head of a data queue based on the sent control packet, wherein the first data packet set comprises C data packets, and C is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
