摘要: The present disclosure provides systems and techniques for authenticating a user at gun. The gun may include an authentication manager capable of implementing logic, processing signals, or executing instructions. The authentication manager may receive first query data from a first authentication sensor of the gun, receive second query data from a second authentication sensor of the gun, perform an authentication procedure to determine whether the first query data or the second query data matches enrollment data, where a match is determined based on the first query data or the second query data and the enrollment data satisfying a similarity threshold. The authentication manager may determine that the user is authorized to operate the gun and transmit a signal in response to the determining that the user is authorized to operate the gun. The signal may cause the gun to enter an active state which allows the gun to be fired.

摘要: Provided are, among other things, systems, methods and techniques for providing remote location-based customer service for in-store customers. One such system includes: (a) a central server; (b) wireless transceivers coupled to the central server at different locations within each of multiple different retail shopping sites; and (c) handheld wireless devices, carried by customers at such retail shopping sites and in wireless communication with such wireless transceivers. Each of the handheld wireless devices is configured with a user interface that allows a customer to designate a user-interface element to request a customer-service session. Upon designation of the user-interface element on one of such handheld wireless devices, the request is forwarded to the central server. The central server establishes a two-way real-time communication link between the handheld wireless device and a customer-service representative.

The system may include an electronic device including a sensor configured to detect a vital sign of a user in real time. The electronic device may include a memory configured to store a reference vital sign of the user. The electronic device may include a wireless transceiver configured to communicate with the digital key. The electronic device may include a processor coupled to the sensor, the memory, and the wireless transceiver. The processor may be configured to receive and compare the vital sign to the reference vital sign and prompt the wireless transceiver to send a signal to the digital key to activate the digital key when the vital sign is within a threshold of similarity to the reference vital sign.

摘要: A system for controlling access to a secure room containing a plurality of safety deposit boxes, comprises a motion detector, a biometric sensor, and a plurality of contact sensors, wherein each of the safety deposit boxes is associated with at least two contact sensors. The system includes a processor that is configured to unlock the gate when a plurality of access conditions are satisfied, which may include: collecting via the biometric sensor a biometric sensor a biometric credential that matches a reference biometric credential in a user database; and determining the secure room is unoccupied based on at least a predetermined period of no motion detected by the at least one motion sensor. The processor may also be configured to generate a box-accessed event identifying one of the safety deposit boxes when all of the contact sensors associated with that safety deposit box are simultaneously opened.

摘要: This disclosure provide a vehicle control method. A first terminal device obtains first biometric information of a first user, generates a first key based on the first biometric information and identifier information of the first terminal device, and generates first verification information based on the first key. Further, the first terminal device sends the first verification information to an in-vehicle device. When successfully verifying the first verification information, the in-vehicle device controls a vehicle to start. If the first user loses the first terminal device, an unauthorized user that obtains the first terminal device cannot control the vehicle based on only the identifier information of the first terminal device. Because different users have different biometric information, a key generated by the first terminal device is different from the first key, and the in-vehicle device cannot control the vehicle to start. This improves vehicle security.

摘要: In biometric ticketing, physical token-less ticketing system using biometrics, a person may be identified using a digital representation of a biometric. Ticketing information may be ascertained based on the identification. The ticketing information may be provided, actions may be performed using the ticketing information, and so on. In some implementations, a checkpoint device receives biometric data from a person. A digital representation of the biometric data is used to obtain an identifier from an identification system. The digital representation of the biometric data may not be included in the identifier. The identifier is used by to obtain ticketing information from a ticketing system. The person may be allowed or denied entry into a ticketed area based on the ticketing information.

In a further embodiment, the user device a processor coupled to the biometric sensor to receive information concerning the biometric input and to the user interface. According to one embodiment, the processor is configured to generate a non-predictable value and to generate encrypted authentication information from the non-predictable value and any of the account identifying information, information concerning the biometric input, and secret information.
