摘要: The invention relates to a passive pressure sensor (501) for being introduced into the circulatory system of a human being and for being wirelessly read out by an outside reading system. The pressure sensor comprises a casing (502) with a diffusion blocking layer for maintaining a predetermined pressure within the casing and a magneto-mechanical oscillator with a magnetic object (508) providing a permanent magnetic moment. The magneto-mechanical oscillator transduces an external magnetic or electromagnetic excitation field into a mechanical oscillation of the magnetic object, wherein at least a part of the casing is flexible for allowing to transduce external pressure changes into changes of the mechanical oscillation of the magnetic object. The pressure sensor can be very small and nevertheless provide high quality pressure sensing.

摘要: The present invention relates to a patch type thermometer containing a polymer that can be phase changed from a solid phase to a liquid phase. The patch type thermometer provided in an aspect of the present invention demonstrates high precision since it does not include conductive particles which have been a reason of disadvantage of the conventional temperature sensor, and has the effect of no temperature deviation in repeated temperature measurements because it is composed of such a single polymer material that is phase changed in a specific temperature range so that the polymer material can be reversibly changed in the volume and shape.

摘要: A temperature detection device includes a thermistor element that includes a thermosensitive body configured to sense heat of a coil element and an electric wire electrically connected to the thermosensitive body, and a holder assembling the thermistor element to the coil element. The holder includes a thermosensitive body holder that holds a reinforcing portion of the thermosensitive body disposed sideways along a front surface of the coil element and is provided with a first resin reservoir enclosing a thermosensitive body contact portion of the thermosensitive body, and an electric wire holder holding the electric wire. The thermosensitive body contact portion is in contact with the coil element while being enclosed with the first resin reservoir. According to the temperature detection device, it is possible to more accurately detect temperature of a coil with high responsiveness while promoting miniaturization of the temperature detection device.

摘要: A transcranial magnetic stimulation device in accordance with embodiments of the present invention comprises a head mount for disposition on a head of a patient and configured with a plurality of attachment points, a plurality of magnetic assembly devices connected to the plurality of attachment points, a given magnetic assembly device equipped with an actuator device to actuate a magnet, is addressable, and configured to receive a control signal addressed to the given magnetic assembly device, and a processor having a memory and configured by program code. The processor is configured to: select one or more treatment protocol units, generate a control signal using at least information contained in the selected treatment protocol units, energize at least one magnetic assembly device over a period of time to cause the magnet to actuate according to the control signal, and monitor the patient response to energizing the at least one magnetic assembly device.

摘要: Devices and methods are provided for determining the temperature of an object. Such devices and methods incorporate first and second thermally conductive members, with a heating member associated with the first thermally conductive member. The second thermally conductive member is positionable adjacent to the object. The heating member is heated to a known temperature and a probe member is alternately brought into contact with the first and second thermally conductive members. When the probe member is in contact with one of the thermally conductive members, it will send an input to the controller. The controller compares the inputs to each other and, if they are not substantially equal, changes the temperature of the heating member, and the probe member is again alternately brought into contact with the thermally conductive members. When the inputs are substantially equal, the controller generates an output based on the temperature of the heating member.
