    摘要: A low pressure drop automotive liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate and an enclosed automotive liquid-cooling cooler having the same are provided. The low pressure drop automotive liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate includes a heat dissipation plate body and three fin sets. The heat dissipation plate body has a first heat dissipation surface and a second heat dissipation surface that are opposite to each other. The first heat dissipation surface is in contact with three traction inverter power component sets, and the second heat dissipation surface is in contact with a cooling fluid. Three heat dissipation regions that are spaced equidistantly apart from each other and that have a same size are defined on the second heat dissipation surface along a flow direction of the cooling fluid, and respectively correspond to three projection areas formed by projecting three traction inverter power component sets on the second heat dissipation surface.

A press arm is operable to move the top block vertically with respect to the housing. A bottom block is configured to flatten fins on a second surface of the finned tube when the press arm is rotated and moves the top block downwardly. A tube stay clamping assembly includes a clamping housing configured to receive a tube stay having a top, bottom, rear, and front walls, the tube stay being configured to receive a flattened portion of the finned tube. A clamping arm is connected by linking arms to a clamping block, the clamping block configured to engage and force the front wall into snap-fit engagement with the top wall of the tube stay.

    摘要: A multi-component fluid delivery system includes a heater system. The heater system includes an improved fluid preheating system based on a high conductivity fluid heat exchange manifold that is coupled to external heater elements (e.g., powered via electricity). These techniques can provide more surface area for heating fluid and is external to the fluid passages, making service or replacement much easier. These techniques can utilize etched foil or wire wound heater elements that operate at a lower internal temperature than cartridge heaters, and thus can be inherently more reliable.
