摘要: A heat exchanger includes first and second plates joined together with portions of the inner surfaces spaced apart to define a plurality of fluid flow passages for flow of a heat transfer fluid. A dividing rib separates the heat exchanger into an inlet section and an outlet section, each of which includes a plurality of fluid flow passages. Inlet and outlet ports are located near a first end of the heat exchanger, on opposite sides of the dividing rib. The heat transfer surface area of the inlet section is less than that of the outlet section due to the presence of one or more flow obstructions between the inlet port and first ends of the fluid flow passages in the inlet section. Each flow obstruction may be a dead channel including a continuous outer rib completely surrounding a depressed middle region.

摘要: A low pressure drop automotive liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate and an enclosed automotive liquid-cooling cooler having the same are provided. The low pressure drop automotive liquid-cooling heat dissipation plate includes a heat dissipation plate body and three fin sets. The heat dissipation plate body has a first heat dissipation surface and a second heat dissipation surface that are opposite to each other. The first heat dissipation surface is in contact with three traction inverter power component sets, and the second heat dissipation surface is in contact with a cooling fluid. Three heat dissipation regions that are spaced equidistantly apart from each other and that have a same size are defined on the second heat dissipation surface along a flow direction of the cooling fluid, and respectively correspond to three projection areas formed by projecting three traction inverter power component sets on the second heat dissipation surface.

摘要: A heat exchanger having an integrated support structure particularly suited for thermal management of heat generating components such as battery thermal management applications or thermal management of other electronic components is disclosed. The heat exchanger includes a top plate and a base tray defining a plurality of fluid channels that extend between an inlet manifold area and an outlet manifold area. The top plate has a first side defining a primary heat transfer area and a second side for effecting a sealing relationship between the top plate and the base tray. In some instances, the top plate includes a thermally conductive material while the base tray includes a non-thermally conductive material. In some instances the base tray cooperates with a cover portion to define an enclosure for housing the heat generating components.

The bottom part defines at least one recess. The top and bottom parts define therebetween a passage formed in part by the at least one recess. A first portion of the passage is defined by the at least one recess extending longitudinally. The drive track has: a plurality of lugs; and a plurality of studs. Portions of the plurality of lugs being laterally aligned with the first portion of the passage being free of studs.

摘要: A tube stay mounting assembly includes a press assembly having a housing and a top block configured to flatten fins on a first surface of a finned tube. A press arm is operable to move the top block vertically with respect to the housing. A bottom block is configured to flatten fins on a second surface of the finned tube when the press arm is rotated and moves the top block downwardly. A tube stay clamping assembly includes a clamping housing configured to receive a tube stay having a top, bottom, rear, and front walls, the tube stay being configured to receive a flattened portion of the finned tube. A clamping arm is connected by linking arms to a clamping block, the clamping block configured to engage and force the front wall into snap-fit engagement with the top wall of the tube stay.

摘要: A multi-component fluid delivery system includes a heater system. The heater system includes an improved fluid preheating system based on a high conductivity fluid heat exchange manifold that is coupled to external heater elements (e.g., powered via electricity). These techniques can provide more surface area for heating fluid and is external to the fluid passages, making service or replacement much easier. These techniques can utilize etched foil or wire wound heater elements that operate at a lower internal temperature than cartridge heaters, and thus can be inherently more reliable.

摘要: A heat dissipation device is configured for a working fluid to flow therethrough. The heat dissipation device includes a base, at least one heat dissipation fin, and at least one fluid replenisher. The base has at least one internal channel configured for the working fluid to flow therethrough. The at least one heat dissipation fin having an extension channel and an inlet and an outlet is in fluid communication with the extension channel. The at least one heat dissipation fin is inserted into one side of the base, and the extension channel is communicated with the at least one internal channel through the inlet and the outlet. The at least one fluid replenisher is connected to at least one internal channel.
