    摘要: Provided is a switching valve for use in an analyzer module for switching flow passages of fluids, in which the manufacturing cost is reduced and the life is increased. The valve element is provided with a lower contact portion that comes into close contact with a lower valve seat disposed at a valve body when a valve is closed, and with an upper contact portion that comes into close contact with an upper valve seat disposed at a counter plate when the valve is open. The counter plate has a first recess that is open downward and a second recess that is open toward the first recess and has a smaller horizontal cross-sectional area than that of the first recess, and the upper valve seat is press-fitted into the second recess.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic drive device, comprising a piston which is guided displaceably in a cylinder chamber along a working axis and adjoins a working pressure chamber that can be pressurized by hydraulic fluid, and comprising a control means that is guided in the piston at least in some sections between different control states in order to control the flow of the hydraulic fluid from a high pressure supply into the working pressure chamber to move the piston in the working direction and from the working pressure chamber to a return flow chamber, wherein the region of the piston facing away from the working pressure chamber delimits a low pressure chamber that is pressurized by a low pressure supply for hydraulic fluid during the operation of the device such that the piston is moved back against the working direction when the control means connects the working pressure chamber to the return flow chamber. The invention furthermore relates to a method for operating a hydraulic drive device.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for regulating a pressure in a hydraulic system for operating at least one actuator in a subsea installation, having a fluid supply line (102) connected to a source of pressurized fluid (101) at a remote location delivering fluid at a constant pressure to the subsea installation, comprising first and second control valves (103, 105) controlled by an electronic control unit (107), and at least one pressure sensor (106) and an accumulator (104) arranged between the first and second control valve (103, 105), where the pressure in the fluid supply line (102′) to the actuator is regulated by regulating the pressure in the accumulator (104) by adding fluid from the source of pressurized fluid (101) through the first control valve (103) if the pressure is too low or releasing pressure through the second control valve (105) to a fluid return line (120) if the pressure is too high and thereby establishing the desired pressure for operating the actuator. The invention also relates to a device for performing the method.

    摘要: A hydraulic accumulator for use in a drill string having a fluid passage for supply of fluid to a hydraulic drill string tool is provided. The accumulator comprises a body provided with connecting means for connecting the accumulator to the drill string and an expansion chamber in fluid communication the fluid passage when the accumulator is connected to the drill string by the connecting means. The expansion chamber is expandable between a first volume and a second volume which is larger than the first volume. Further, the expansion chamber is provided with means for moving the expansion chamber from the first to the second volume upon a fluid pressure increase in the fluid passage and for moving the expansion chamber from the second to the first volume upon a pressure decrease in the fluid passage.

A gang of displacers are incorporated into a fluid flow network that also includes an array of selectable flow paths through the displacers. A control system, responsive to changes in demand for the flow of fluid, selects among the flow paths to operate the displacers in various combinations as motors, pumps, and recirculators for dividing the flow of fluid into two variably sized portions. One portion of the flow is sized to match the demand for fluid flow, and the other portion of the flow is converted into useful work.
