    Abstract: The present invention has a purpose of providing a joint with a built-in filter capable of replacing the filter without requiring removal of the joint from piping, thereby facilitating the replacement of the filter. The joint with the built-in filter includes: first and second inlet/outlet sections; a communication space formed to communicate with the first and second inlet/outlet sections; and a maintenance opening sealed in an airtight manner during non-maintenance. A filter element has: a cylindrical filter body; a base end section attached to an opening at one end of the filter body in an airtight manner and including a seal ring disposed between an outer circumferential surface thereof and an inner surface of the communication space; and a tip section disposed to seal an opening at the other end of the filter body in the airtight manner.

    Abstract: A fluid controller includes an automatic opening-and-closing device configured to move a valve rod upward and downward, and a manual opening-and-closing device configured to move the valve rod upward and downward by a manual operation. The manual opening-and-closing device includes a cylindrical handle supported by a casing so as to be rotatable and not to move upward and downward, and a cylindrical operating member screwed into a female screw of the handle and configured to move upward and downward with a rotation of the handle. The operating member is apart from a piston of the automatic opening-and-closing device in a vertical direction in an automatic operation. The piston is moved by the operating member which moves upward in association with the rotating operation of the handle in a manual operation in an opposite direction from the opening state brought by the automatic opening-and-closing device.

    Abstract: There is provided a fluid controller actuator which does not require a plurality of bolts for fixing an inner side spring presser to a casing, in which a configuration is simple and assembly does not take time and effort, and further, in which a biasing force of an biasing member can be adjusted from the outside after the assembly. An inner side spring presser (15) includes a shaft portion (22) and a cylinder portion (23) provided at a lower edge portion of the shaft portion (22), and presses an upper side peripheral edge portion of a through hole (12a) of a biasing member (12) by a lower end of the cylinder portion (23).     Abstract: Provided is a flow rate control apparatus capable of being used continuously when the apparatus is used in equipment that operates continuously, and a flow rate control method for the flow rate control apparatus. A flow rate of a fluid is controlled via any one of control valves disposed in branch passages, respectively. When replacement of the one control valve is determined to be necessary on the basis of a signal outputted from a monitoring portion of the one control valve, the one control valve performing flow rate control is closed, and another control valve disposed in another one of the branch passages, is opened, to perform flow rate control with a flow rate equivalent to that before the replacement. Furthermore, on-off valves disposed at upstream and downstream sides of the closed control valve are closed.
