摘要: A gasification gas treatment facility for treating a gasification gas obtained by gasification of a fuel includes: a first heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a purified gas obtained by removing at least ammonia and hydrogen chloride from the gasification gas and steam at a saturation temperature; a second heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between the gasification gas and at least condensed water produced by the heat exchange in the first heat exchanger to produce the steam at the saturation temperature; and a circulation system for circulating a circulating fluid including at least one of the steam or the condensed water between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The circulation system is configured to supply the circulating fluid including at least the condensed water at the saturation temperature produced in the first heat exchanger to the second heat exchanger.

摘要: A method and system desulfurizes fuel produced from pyrolysis of waste tires and includes hydroprocessing tire pyrolysis oil to desulfurize the tire pyrolysis oil and obtain a hydroprocessed pyrolysis oil. The hydroprocessed oil is distilled into at least two environmentally fuel products selected from the group consisting of kerosene, naphtha, fuel oil, fuel and diesel. By combining hydroprocessing with distillation, and advantageously recycling byproducts, the methods of this disclosure allow for conversion of waste tires into fuel in a manner that is commercially viable and sustainable.

摘要: A process for the manufacture of a useful product from carbonaceous feedstock of fluctuating compositional characteristics, the process comprising the steps of: continuously providing the carbonaceous feedstock of fluctuating compositional characteristics to a gasification zone; gasifying the carbonaceous feedstock in the gasification zone to obtain raw synthesis gas; sequentially removing ammoniacal, sulphurous and carbon dioxide impurities from the raw synthesis gas to form desulphurised gas and recovering carbon dioxide in substantially pure form; converting at least a portion of the desulphurised synthesis gas to a useful product. Despite having selected a more energy intensive sub-process i.e. physical absorption for removal of acid gas impurities, the overall power requirement of the facility is lower on account of lower steam requirements and thereby leading to a decrease in the carbon intensity score for the facility.

摘要: A method for processing feedstock is described, characterized in that incoming feedstock is processed to selectively recover biogenic carbon material from the incoming feedstock. In some embodiments the incoming feedstock is comprised of mixed solid waste, such as municipal solid waste (MSW). In other embodiments the incoming feedstock is comprised of woody biomass. In some instances, the incoming feedstock is processed to selectively recover biogenic carbon material from the incoming feedstock to produce a processed feedstock having biogenic carbon content of 50% and greater suitable for conversion into biogenic carbon Fischer Tropsch liquids. The high biogenic carbon Fischer Tropsch liquids may be upgraded to biogenic carbon liquid fuels. Alternatively, the incoming feedstock is processed to selectively recover plastic material from the incoming feedstock to produce a processed feedstock having biogenic carbon content of 50% or less.

The CO shift catalyst has one of molybdenum (Mo) or iron (Fe) as a main component and has an active ingredient having one of nickel (Ni) or ruthenium (Ru) as an accessory component and one or two or more kinds of oxides from among titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), and cerium (Ce) for supporting the active ingredient as a support. The temperature at the time of manufacturing and firing the catalyst is equal to or higher than 550° C.

摘要: The invention relates to a process and a device for generating a fuel gas for a gas turbine by separating off sulphur components from a gas mixture containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and also carbonyl sulphide and/or hydrogen sulphide, which gas mixture is in this case scrubbed in a physical gas scrubber with a methanol scrubbing medium at a pressure between 30 and 80 bar(a) in order to obtain a first sulphur-free gas mixture and also a methanol scrubbing medium loaded with sulphur components and carbon dioxide, which methanol scrubbing is then regenerated, wherein a carbon dioxide-rich gas phase that contains sulphur components and is formed by pressure reduction is treated in a further gas scrubber with a methanol scrubbing medium in order to back-wash sulphur components and to generate a second sulphur-free gas mixture.
