    摘要: This invention relates to a power recovery process in waste steam/CO2 reformers in which a waste stream can be made to release energy without having to burn the waste or the syngas. This invention in some embodiments does not make use of fuel cells as a component but makes use of exothermic chemical reactors using syngas to produce heat, such as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. It also relates to control or elimination of the emissions of greenhouse gases in the power recovery process of this invention with the goal of producing energy in the future carbonless world economy.

    摘要: A system for producing high-quality gas includes a heat carrier hoist, a coke feeder, a heat carrier heating furnace, a gas mixer, a high-temperature induced draft fan, a heat carrier storage tank, a dryer, a hopper, a concentrating solar collection pyrolysis-gasification reactor having a double-tube structure, a three-phase separator and a coke collecting bin. The system may use an adjustable concentrating solar collection technology in combination with a heat carrier circulation heating process, so as to effectively solve heat requirements of the waste pyrolysis and gasification process, reduce the waste material consumption caused by energy supply, and improve the effective utilization of raw materials.

The unit sprays the first heated gas against a material solid in a reaction chamber to heat the material solid, and, simultaneously, makes the material solid react with the first heated gas to produce a produced gas containing the element of the material solid.     摘要: A method of operating a cyclic synthesis gas-ore reduction process comprising supplying a carbonaceous material and preheated oxygen to a synthesis gas reactor to produce a hot synthesis gas, partially cooling said hot synthesis gas by directly passing the same through a regenerator and thereby storing the sensible heat of the hot synthesis gas in said generator. Further cooling said synthesis gas by reheating liquid for a vapor generator, and then reheating said further cooled synthesis gas and supplying it to an ore reduction reactor and generating a reduced product and an off gas. Directing the generated off gas to the synthesis gas reactor via said regenerator to heat the off gas to around 100.degree. C. by transferring said stored heat.

    摘要: The present invention is done on the basis of knowledge obtained from experimental results shown in FIG. 1 with respect to a heat recovery method from gasified products of hydrocarbon. The heat recovery method from gasified products of hydrocarbon of the invention is to introduce the gas containing oily matters produced by gasification of hydrocarbon into the fluidizied bed where heat is recovered by indirect heat exchange between said product gas and the cooling agent passing through the heat transfer tube arranged in the fluidized bed, in which said product gas is passed through high temperature fluidized bed kept at about 450.degree.-500.degree. C. and then through the low temperature fluidized bed kept at about 250.degree.-300.degree. C. successively and that the heat of said product gas is recovered by heat exchange in said high temperature fluidized bed and low temperature fluidized bed respectively. The heat recovery method by the invention is able to increase the heat recovery quantity of product gas by the fluidized bed heat exchanger and remarkably decrease the possibility of plugging by coking at the gas cooling.
