    摘要: The present invention provides a substrate having a unidirectional water transport property, the substrate comprised of a fluid permeable structure and including: an inner side surface; and an outer side surface having a higher absorbent capacity than the inner side surface, wherein the inner side surface has a hydrophobic surface layer extending continuously over at least one section thereof, the hydrophobic surface layer having a predetermined thickness which, in use, produces a substantial hydrophobic property to contacting water, whilst allowing for water contacting the inner side surface of the substrate to wick through the hydrophobic surface layer into the substrate; and wherein the substrate is respectively comprised of hydrophobic channels and hydrophilic channels which respectively extend between the inner side surface and the outer side surface.

The example switching circuit selectively generates an electrostatic field between the adjacent electrodes to cause particles suspended in the imaging oil between the adjacent electrodes to adhere to at least one of the adjacent electrodes, and generates an alternating electric field between the adjacent electrodes to cause the particles to be detached from the adjacent electrodes.

The apparatus includes, at least one open tank (204, 220) containing developer waste (148) positioned in proximity to plate developer tank (104) inside the developer device, and a replenishment element (212). The replenishment element is configured to replenish the at least one open tank with a developer waste. The developer waste and the air trapped (132) in proximity to the printing plate developer tank will generate a carbonization reaction.

Further, vibration in the rod-up/down direction is provided to the plate during the separating operation, and the plate is not pushed hard. A separating operation for peeling off a slip sheet S adhering to the back face of the plate P is performed, and thereafter the plate P secured via suction is turned over and transferred.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus and a method thereof has a printing log management function. An image forming apparatus allows a connection with an external memory device such as a mobile memory card, and prints out an image in accordance with the image data file which is stored in the external memory device. Among many files stored in the external memory device, the image forming apparatus memorizes and stores the information about the files which have been printed at least once, or specifically selected by a user. Accordingly, the user is enabled to print once-printed images or specific images without endeavoring cumbersome processes such as search or selection of a desired image data file. As a result, printing operations can be carried out faster and more efficiently.
