    摘要: An apparatus for recovering ethylene from a hydrocarbon feed stream, where the apparatus is a single distillation column pressure shell encasing an upper region and a lower region. The upper region houses an ethylene distributor rectifying section and the lower region houses a C2 distributor section and an ethylene distributor stripping section. Vapor passes from the lower region into the upper region, and liquid passes from the upper region to the lower region. The process for recovering the ethylene is also disclosed. The hydrocarbon feed stream is introduced into the C2 distributor section, and after a series of stripping and refluxing steps, distinct hydrocarbon products are recovered from the C2 distributor section, the ethylene distributor stripping section, and the ethylene distributor rectifying section, respectively.

    摘要: The invention provides a hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment method that achieves efficient recovery of hydrofluoric acid from hydrofluoric acid wastewater and also achieves sufficient reduction in the hydrofluoric acid concentration of the dehydrofluorinated water after treatment. The hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment method comprises the following steps: a hydrofluoric acid concentration step (S1) comprising concentrating hydrofluoric acid wastewater by evaporation to produce a concentrated hydrofluoric acid water and a hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor; a dissolution step (S2) comprising bringing the hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor obtained in the hydrofluoric acid concentration step (S1) into contact with dissolution water to dissolve the vapor; a neutralization step (S3) comprising bringing the residual hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor left from the dissolution step (S2) into contact with an alkali to produce a neutralized liquid and a dehydrofluorinated vapor; and a condensation step (S4) comprising condensing the dehydrofluorinated vapor obtained in the neutralization step (S3) to produce condensed water.

The device is characterized in that the bottom end of the vapor tank is provided with a heater, and the top end of the vapor tank is provided with a baffling tank covered with a baffle, the external end of the baffling tank is extended to a baffling tube connected to a cooling buffer region having a condensation region and a buffering region, the condensation region connects the cooling inlet or outlet for feedback cooling and the upper end of the buffering region via the condensation region is provided with a hollow sleeve connected to the baffling tube, and the lower end of the buffering region is provided with an outlet connected to the baffling tube, whereby liquid for distillation is heated to vapor which flows into the condensation region as condensate via the baffle and the baffling tank and via the baffling tube, to the cooling buffering region so as to complete distillation and recycling, by means of the partitioning of the baffling tank to form the condensation region the recycled liquid will not re-flow but smoothly flow to the baffling tube.

    摘要: A thin film distiller is provided which applies distilland to an evaporative side by the use of wicks which work by capillary action. The evaporated vapor is transferred to the condensate side after being compressed to a higher pressure where it is condensed and removed by similar wicks. The condensing and evaporating surfaces are formed on opposing sides of a bellows-like sheet of heat conducting material. The sheet would preferably be formed into a cylindrical shape with the evaporative stage on the outside and the condensing stage on the inside of the cylinder. Either the wicks or the heat conducting material are moved with respect to the other such that the wicks place a thin film of distilland on the evaporative surface. Removal of condensate is performed in a similar manner by the wicks in the condensate stage.

    摘要: A water distiller includes a shell, a container, a heater, a thermal conductive plate, a thermostat, a cover, a condenser coil, and a fan. The shell provides a compartment for receiving the container, the heater, the thermal conductive plate, and the thermostat. The container includes a bottom wall with an inclined surface to which the heater is connected. A higher end of the inclined surface is connected to the thermal conductive plate and the thermostat. The thermostat is mounted in a room provided between the shell and the container, and a first spring is provided to bias the thermostat to be in an intimate contact with cylindrical side wall of the container. A cap is mounted outside the room and a push button is mounted in the cap with an end exposed outside the cap for manual operation. A second spring is mounted in the cap for biasing the push button to a position for the manual operation. The cover mounted on top of the shell provides a compartment for receiving the condenser coil and the fan.
