摘要： A garment is provided which includes a flat-warp-knitted fabric laminate made of at least one flat-warp-knitted fabric. The flat-warp-knitted fabric includes a polyurethane film which is stretchable in substantially all directions. A knit fabric made of fleecy thread may be adhesively bonded to the film and be positioned between the film and the inner lining. The garment can be made up of five tailored flat-warp-knitted laminate pieces: three flat-warp-knitted laminate pieces for the two front sides and the rear side of the torso, and two flat-warp-knitted laminate pieces for the two sleeves. The seams form the two sleeve cuffs, and the seams are sewn onto the flat-warp-knitted laminate pieces for the torso. The front pieces are sewn together, and the rear side of the torso piece is positioned along the side of the torso by a respective seam. The seams are used to connect these parts along the shoulders.

摘要： Described embodiments generally relate to a garment for resisting penetration of a liquid. The garment comprises an outer layer, and an inner layer. The inner layer is configured to be positioned closer to the skin of a wearer than the outer layer when the garment is being worn. Each of the inner layer and the outer layer on their own are wettable by the liquid, and the inner layer has a lower wettability to the liquid than the outer layer. The configuration of inner and outer layers creates a wettability difference that biases the outer layer to absorb the liquid and the inner layer to resist penetration of the liquid in a direction moving from the outer layer to the inner layer.

摘要： A lightweight, breathable glove for baseball or softball is provided that generally includes a strap that extends over at least a portion of an opening in which a wearer may place his or her hand. The strap is at least partially made of an elastic material so that the strap can extend and contract. The glove may thus have a reduced weight to provide superior ease of use. Further, the conforming fit of the glove provides for enhanced control of the glove, which provides superior utility and performance for the glove, as well as other advantages. Alternatively, the glove may include a thong which may extend from the glove and may engage an elastic band at one of its ends. Thus, the elastic band may engage both the glove and the thong so that the size of the opening can increase and decrease due to the strap and/or elastic band.
