Abstract: Termite trailing and recruitment compositions, systems, devices, and methods for using a trail of a percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water to form a trail to lead the subterranean termites to termite bait or monitoring stations located about a perimeter of a wood containing structure. The termite bait or monitoring stations can be located up to approximately 20 feet apart from one another, and the trail of a percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water. The percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water range from approximately 0.1% to approximately 2% depending on the different soil types and localized conditions. The types of soil can commonly include sand, sandy & silty soil, loam and clay soil.

Abstract: Described herein is a synergistic preservative composition used for providing broad spectrum antimicrobial activity comprising: (i) about 0.1 wt. % to about 99.9 wt. % of propylene carbonate; (ii) about 0.1 wt. % to about 99.9 wt. % of one or more organic compounds selected from the group consisting of propanediol, capryl hydroxamic acid, and isopropyl methyl phenol; and (iii) about 0.1 wt. % to 99.0 wt. % of phenoxyethanol, a preservative compound, and wherein, the composition provides synergy having Synergy Index (SI) value of the total composition from about 0.05 to about 1.0. Also described is a process for preparing said synergistic preservative composition and method of using the same.

Abstract: According to an aspect of the present application, a composition for controlling a target pest comprises 0.1% to 4% isopropyl myristate, 0.1% to 15% thyme oil white, 0.1% to 2% geraniol, and at least one additional active ingredient selected from thymyl acetate, linalyl acetate, amyl butyrate, anise star oil, black seed oil, p-cymene, linalool, d-limonene, isopropyl myristate, lilac flower oil, methyl salicylate, alpha-pinene, piperonal, piperonyl alcohol, tetrahydrolinalool, thyme oil white, thyme oil red, thymol, vanillin, and wintergreen oil. The composition causes synergistic control of the target pest.

Abstract: The present invention provides a sustained release composition having hyperbranched polymers that are polyesters that are biobased and biodegradable, and that have at least one active ingredient, which composition delivers the active ingredient over time. These active ingredients can be a wide variety of compounds so long as they can covalently bind to the polymer or be encapsulated in the polymer in a manner that is released at the point of delivery, usually by acid hydrolysis or enzymatic bond scission.
