摘要: In a saddle bag lock device for a saddle-ride type vehicle, in which a bag base body forming a saddle bag together with a lid is provided with multiple catch mechanisms switchable between a locked state where the catch mechanisms are engaged with multiple strikers provided on the lid and an unlocked state where the catch mechanisms are disengaged from the strikers. A switching operation member is manually-operable to synchronously switch the catch mechanisms from the locked state to the unlocked state. The saddle bag is formed to have a mountain-shaped bulging portion in an upper portion, the bulging portion bulging upwardly in a side view, and the switching operation member and the multiple catch mechanisms disposed in base portions of the bulging portion are connected to one another by cables corresponding individually to the catch mechanisms.

摘要: A tilt latch system that comprises an actuator movable from a first position to a second position; a lock-out member movable from a retracted position to an extended position upon movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position; and an engagement member movable from an engaged position to a disengaged position upon movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position is provided. The actuator and the engagement member are maintained in the second and disengaged positions, respectively, when the lock-out member is in the extended position. The actuator and the engagement member are automatically biased to the first position and the engaged position, respectively, upon movement of the lock-out member from the extended to the retracted position. The tilt latch system may further comprise a lock-out device and/or be optionally utilized in a modular configuration.

摘要: An adjustable stop limits sliding sash window/door travel between a closed position and a safe position, where the safe position is a position less than a full-open position. The stop can be installed upon window/door master frames during initial manufacturing, or as an after-market option while the sash windows/doors are in service in a building. The safety stop may be comprised of a housing and a tumbler being pivotally mounted within a cavity in the housing, with a spring to bias the tumbler out of an opening in the housing. Mounting is by a flange extending from the housing, with spacers of varying thickness that are capable of removably attaching thereon to accommodate sash to master frame height differences. A safety member may be added to either the tumbler or housing to create a double action stop, requiring disengagement of the safety member, prior to toggling of the stop.

The hood latch assembly further comprises a second member arranged to be mounted to the hood of the vehicle and comprising a striker arranged to engage with the lock mechanism to retain the hood of the vehicle in the closed position. The second member further comprises a hood bracket arranged to be mounted to the hood of the vehicle, a striker bracket comprising the striker, and a mechanical lock arranged to lock the striker bracket to the hood bracket, the mechanical lock being arranged to allow unlocking by movement of an actuator. The present disclosure also relates to active hood latch system and a vehicle comprising a hood latch assembly and/or an active hood latch system.

A door drive mechanism for moving one door in a vehicle front-rear direction via a connecting portion has a drive portion including an electric motor, a drive wheel member, a follower wheel member, and an endless member, and is installed on the slide base. A guide portion guides a shaft portion provided on the connecting portion so as to move the shaft portion in a vehicle width direction. In a double-speed rail in which a pinion is disposed between two racks, one rack is connected to the slide base, the other rack is connected to the door side, and the pinion is connected to the connecting portion.

摘要: A latching mechanism selectively joins two surfaces and/or objects and includes a latch and a catch. The latch includes a pivoting locking member with respect to the latch that pivots between a locked position and an unlocked position. An electromagnetic coil housed within the latch is selectively energized to cause pivotal movement of the locking member. The catch defines at least one pocket for receiving a portion of the locking member when the locking member is in the locked position and the latch and the catch are engaged. The latching mechanism may be normally-locked, such that the energizing of the coil moves the locking member to the unlocked position, or normally-unlocked, with the energizing of the coil moving the locking member to the locked position.

摘要: A compression latch comprising a housing, a handle, and a latch member is provided. The housing has an inboard and an outboard side, and defines a plane substantially parallel to a closure plane. The handle is pivotably connected to the housing at a handle pivot point having a longitudinal axis substantially parallel to the plane, and the latch member is pivotably connected to the housing through a latch member pivot point, which is remote and inboard from the handle pivot point and also has a longitudinal axis substantially parallel to that of the handle pivot point. The latch member is pivotable about the latch member pivot point between an open and a closed position. The handle is connected to the latch member by a first linkage so the latch member is moveable between the open and closed positions by angular movement of the handle about the handle pivot point.

It has a handle with a pivot end with a non-round bore passing therethrough, a housing having a well with a narrowed end with spaced apart sidewalls with holes, the narrowed end sized to receive the pivot end of the handle. A lever carriage with two spaced apart arms straddles the sidewalls of the narrowed end of the housing and each arm has a first engagement. A drive pin unit has a first keeper, a drive pin with a non-round profile extending from the first keeper, and a second keeper that engages with a free end of the drive pin. The keepers non-rotatably engage with the first engagements of the lever carriage arms and with the drive pin non-rotatably passing through the non-round bore in the pivot end of the handle to connect the handle and the lever carriage together. Seals are placed on the drive pin unit between the first and second keeper ride adjacent to the holes in the sidewalls of the housing to prevent passage of liquid or debris therethrough.
