    Abstract: A lock assembly for a door includes a lock body for mounting above a door lever of the door and including a locking bolt supported in a housing of the lock body for movement between a retracted position and an extended position. The locking bolt is held in the retracted position and spring biased toward the extended position and releasable from the retracted position to move to the extended position in response to actuation of a trigger operatively coupled with the lock body. The lock assembly further includes a door lever assembly adapted for mounting on the door lever in rotative fixed relationship with the door lever, and operatively coupled with the locking bolt so that rotation of the door lever assembly causes movement of the locking bolt from the extended position to the retracted position.

    Abstract: An exit device for a door includes an elongate housing, a latch, a touch bar assembly, a panel, and a dogging assembly. The elongate housing is configured to be mounted to the door. The touch bar assembly is attached to the elongate housing. The touch bar assembly includes a touch bar that is movable relative to the elongate housing and has a linkage that operably connects the touch bar to the latch. The panel is connected to the elongate housing. The dogging assembly has a combination lock dogging operator and a dogging mechanism. The dogging mechanism is rotatably coupled to the elongate housing. The combination lock dogging operator is mounted to the panel, and is drivably engaged with the dogging mechanism.

    Abstract: An overhead door interlock device provides an electrical signal indication of the locked or unlocked status of an overhead door, and interfaces with control circuitry of the door's opener to allow or disallow operation of the door based on the locked or unlocked status. In one embodiment, a lever is pivotably attached to the doors track, with the lever engaging with a switch mechanism to indicate the locked or unlocked status of the door. A spring mechanism automatically returns the lever to an unlocked position when the door's lock bar is retracted, with the lever mechanically inhibiting locking of the door until the lever is moved by a user.

    Abstract: A lock system includes an active panel center gearbox. The active panel center gearbox includes a deadbolt, a deadbolt drive to extend or retract the deadbolt, an upper drive assembly, a lower drive assembly, a latch bolt, a handle assembly to retract the latch bolt and to extend or retract the lower and the upper driver assemblies, a reverse action rocker coupling the lower and the upper drive assemblies so they move in different directions, a mishandling bolt, and a mishandling plate. When the mishandling bolt extends, it lowers the mishandling plate. When the mishandling plate lowers, it engages the deadbolt to prevent the deadbolt from extending, it engages the handle assembly to prevent the lower drive assembly from extending, and it engages the reverse action rocker to prevent the upper drive assembly from extending.
