摘要: The invention relates to the fastening of rotor blades to the rotor hub of wind turbines using transverse pins and tension rods in the region of the blade root. The transverse pins are arranged throughout the entire blade root shell wall and can be connected to a flange of the hub by the tension rods in the form of expansion screws. Each transverse pin (4) can be connected to the flange (2) of the rotor hub (1) by two tension rods (5, 6). Each tension rod (5, 6) is arranged in a separate tension rod bore (7, 8) in the blade root shell wall (3).

摘要: A method for producing a rotor, particularly a turbine disk or a turbine ring for a turbine stage of a turbomachine, wherein at least the following steps are carried out: producing a blade ring (14) including a plurality of rotor blades (12), welding adapters (22) together which are disposed in the region of blade footings of the rotor blades (12), wherein at least substantially radial weld seams (30a) having predetermined welding depths are generated, disposing a rotor disk (32) or a rotor ring on the blade ring (14), and welding the rotor disk (32) or the rotor ring to the adapters (22) of the rotor blades (12), wherein at least one further weld seam (30b) is generated. A rotor, particularly a turbine disk or a turbine ring for a turbine stage of a turbomachine is also disclosed.

摘要: Counterweight system for a wind turbine comprising a hub mounted to a nacelle such that the hub is rotatable around a rotation axis with respect to the nacelle. The counterweight system comprises: a mechanical unit comprising a fixed part and a rotatable part, the fixed part being mountable to the hub in such a way that the rotatable part is rotatable with respect to the hub substantially around the rotation axis of the hub; a drive unit for causing rotation of the rotatable part; a beam coupled to the rotatable part at a first point of the beam in such a way that the beam is arranged substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis of the hub; and a counterweight mass coupled to the beam at a second point of the beam. A method of mounting a blade to a hub by using said counterweight system is also provided.

摘要: A turbine airfoil includes: a concave pressure sidewall and a convex suction sidewall joined together at a leading edge and a trailing edge, and extending between a root and a tip; an internal rib extending between the pressure sidewall and the suction sidewall; and a crossover hole formed in the rib, the crossover hole having a noncircular cross-sectional shape with a major axis defining a maximum dimension of the cross-sectional shape; wherein the major axis of the crossover hole lies in plane with the rib and is non-parallel to an imaginary curvilinear lateral centerline which defines a locus of points lying halfway between the pressure and suction sidewalls. The orientation of the crossover holes minimizes stress concentration caused by the presence of the crossover holes.

摘要: An apparatus and method for protecting an inner radial surface of a radial member of a turbomachine from corrosion are provided. The method may include shaping the inner radial surface of the radial member and a corresponding outer radial surface of a corrosion-resistant liner. The method may also include heating the radial member to increase a diameter of the inner radial surface of the radial member, and inserting at least a portion of the corrosion-resistant liner into the radial member. The method may further include attaching the corrosion-resistant liner to the inner radial surface of the radial member to thereby protect the inner radial surface of the radial member of the turbomachine from corrosion.

摘要: An epicyclic gear train component includes spaced apart walls with circumferentially spaced mounts that interconnect the walls. The mounts provide circumferentially spaced apart apertures between the mounts at an outer circumference of the walls. Baffles are arranged between the walls near the mounts. Gear pockets are provided between the baffles and the baffles include a lubrication passage that terminates at least one of the gear pockets. One of the walls includes a hole which has a tube that extends through the hole and is received in an opening in the baffle. The tube is in communication with the lubrication passage.

摘要: A hydraulic pump or motor includes a body having a chamber and a rotor rotatably mounted within the chamber. The chamber and rotor are shaped to define one or more rise regions, fall regions, major dwell regions and minor dwell regions between walls of the chamber and the rotor. The rotor has a plurality of slots and vanes located in each slot. Each vane is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. In the retracted position, the vanes are unable to work the hydraulic fluid introduced into the chamber whereas they are able to work the hydraulic fluid introduced into the chamber in the extended position. A vane retaining member that is selectively actuable enables the vanes to be retained in the retracted position.

摘要: The present invention relates to an installation tool for assembling a main rotor shaft unit and an assembly method thereof. The installation tool comprises a first element for supporting the generator end of the rotor shaft and a rotatable support plate is coupled to a second element of the installation tool via engaging coupling elements. The rotor shaft is rotated by a single crane unit via lifting elements mounted to the generator end, and then lifted out of the installation tool and placed on a floor. The bearing units are then mounted to the outer surface of the rotor shaft. The rotor shaft is afterwards lifted onto the installation tool so that the coupling element is brought into engagement and the rotor shaft is rotated on to the first element. This provides an installation tool that eliminates the need for two crane units to rotate the rotor shaft and reduces the amount of man-hours needed to assemble the rotor shaft unit by up to six hours. The installation tool also provides a stable tool for the workers since the center of gravity is located between the first element and the rotation point.
