    摘要: A stator of an electric machine includes: a laminated stator core having sheet-metal blanks, which have slots; and stator windings, which are arranged in the slots of the laminated stator core together with slot insulation, such that, within the slots, a respective slot insulation is positioned between the sheet-metal blanks and the stator windings in order to electrically insulate the stator windings from a sheet-metal material of the sheet-metal blanks, and such that, when viewed in an axial direction, the stator windings protrude from the slots, project laterally with respect to the laminated stator core, and form winding overhangs laterally adjacent to the laminated stator core. When viewed in a radial direction, coolant flow channels are formed radially on an inside and/or radially on an outside, directly adjacent to the slots accommodating the stator windings. The stator windings accommodated in the slots of the laminated stator core are impregnated.

The first curve segment and the third curve segment are oppositely arranged in a circumferential direction of the silicon steel sheet, a bending direction of the first curve segment is away from a bending direction of the third curve segment, and a bending direction of the second curve segment is away from an opening of the open slot. The open slots improve the performance of the circular wire motor and the powertrain.

    摘要: A brushless direct-current machine is provided, comprising a casing; a body in the casing; a motor in the body; a stator coil bidirectionally wound through slots but not empty slots; and a set of planetary gears. The duty ratio of pulse-width modulation is adjusted by using the three-phase windings of the stator coil to change a current flowing through. A controller switches the current direction of the windings for producing changes in magnetic field. Between the polarity of the stator and the polarities of magnets of a rotor, power is generated owing to the simultaneous functions of same-pole repulsion and opposite-pole attraction for controlling the rotation of the rotor. The 3 empty slots are used to break the original magnetic field into parts to make the rotation force lighter and driving effect better. Thus, an activating current is lowered, and energy and electricity are saved effectively.

    摘要: A novel dynamo-electrical machine is provided that can inhibit an increase in the height of a coil end positioned toward a turn portion and improve the cooling performance around the turn portion of a segment coil. A segment coil 31 includes a first linear portion 34r, a second linear portion 34a, and a turn portion 33 including a top portion 33c. The first linear portion 34r is inserted into a specified slot 22. The second linear portion 34a is inserted into another particular slot 22 different from the specified slot 22. The turn portion 33 extends from one end face portion of a stator core 21 toward the outside of the axial direction of the stator core 21 and connects the first linear portion 34r and the second linear portion 34a. The linear portions 34r and 34a of the multiple segment coils 31 are inserted and placed in the slots 22 in a layering manner from the inner periphery to the outer periphery in the radial direction. A bent portion 37 is formed between each of the linear portions 34r and 34a and the turn portion of the segment coils 31 layered in the radial direction. The bent portion 37 tilts the top portion 33c of the turn portion 33 toward the end face of the stator core 21.

    摘要: A motor stator has an annular stator core, and a plurality of tooth portions spaced on the inner surface of the annular stator core which has a slot formed on each of two sides of each of the tooth portions. Each of the tooth portions has a coil wound and a portion of the coil is located in the two slots of each of the tooth portions. Each of the coils is formed by a metal wire coiled around a bobbin several times from the inner side to the outer side. The bobbin has an inner guide frame and an outer guide frame, both of them have a structure with a bottom plate and a side plate that are arranged vertically so that the coil can be attached to the bobbin to miniaturize the motor stator.
