    摘要: A stator for an electric machine of a motor vehicle includes with a laminated core in which at least one cooling channel runs, through which a cooling fluid for cooling the stator can flow, and at least one winding which is held on the laminated core and has a winding head. At least one ring is provided which adjoins a laminated core at least partially in the axial direction of the stator, has at least one guide channel which is connected fluidically to the cooling channel and through which the cooling fluid from the cooling channel can flow as a result, which guide channel has at least one outlet opening which is directed towards the winding head and via which the cooling fluid which flows through the cooling channel can be discharged from the ring and can be sprayed against the winding head.

    摘要: An electric motor can be employed for use in a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) or in a battery electric vehicle (BEV), as example applications. In an implementation, the electric motor has a stator assembly with a multitude of laminations exhibiting an axially-stacked arrangement. The laminations establish coolant channels at a radially-outboard location thereof, and establish slots at a radially-inboard location thereof. Conductors such as windings are disposed at the slots. Some or more of the coolant channels and some or more of the slots are in fluid communication with each other whereby coolant flows through the coolant channels, to the slots, and into contact with the conductors. Enhanced cooling effectiveness at the stator and elsewhere results.

    摘要: A housing-free dynamoelectric rotary machine includes a stator having a material layer structure which includes a plurality of material layers arranged in a row along a rotation axis. The material layer structure includes a plurality of thickenings and a plurality of slots, with the slots arranged such that each of the slots is arranged between two respective ones of the thickenings. At least one of the slots is designed to receive a slot wedge, with a respective one of the thickenings being designed to fasten the slot wedge. An end element is arranged on an axial end of the stator and includes a connection box for supply with electrical energy. A connecting element connects the end element to the stator and is connected to the slot wedge.
