摘要: A component for an electric machine includes a flat region in which an electric line runs when the component is integrated into the electric machine and which includes a sharp-edged structure. A polymer layer adheres to the flat region without further aid such as to mask the sharp-edged structure and thereby protect from damage the electric line on the flat region. The polymer layer is made of cured plastic adhesive and jetted onto the flat region in the form of threads, such that the threads are spin-coated on top of one another in the form of overlapping loops and form a network structure which spans the sharp-edged structure.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for pulling a stator winding system of an electric machine into a stator lamination stack of the electric machine and to a winding tool, with the stator lamination stack having stator grooves which run parallel to a rotation axis of the electric machine and are distributed in a circle around the rotation axis and open thereto and which have on an end facing the rotation axis a gap region which is narrowed relative to the rest of the stator groove. Windings are arranged in the stator grooves, and winding overhangs, as seen in the direction of the rotation axis, protrude from the stator lamination stack at the two axial ends thereof, with the windings formed in the stator grooves as laid windings. The stator lamination stack has no guide structures on the two axial ends for guiding the individual turns of the windings.

摘要: A housing-free dynamoelectric rotary machine includes a stator having a material layer structure which includes a plurality of material layers arranged in a row along a rotation axis. The material layer structure includes a plurality of thickenings and a plurality of slots, with the slots arranged such that each of the slots is arranged between two respective ones of the thickenings. At least one of the slots is designed to receive a slot wedge, with a respective one of the thickenings being designed to fasten the slot wedge. An end element is arranged on an axial end of the stator and includes a connection box for supply with electrical energy. A connecting element connects the end element to the stator and is connected to the slot wedge.
