    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to an LED engine comprising an LED light emitting board, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. The LED light emitting board and two circuit boards are electrically connected via array cables. Either the first circuit board or the second circuit board has a linear LED driver IC. The first circuit board and the second circuit board, in combination, are configured to receive an AC line voltage, and drive the LED light emitting board. In some implementations, LEDs connected to the LED light emitting board are divided into two or more sections, each of which has a different correlated color temperature (CCT) to achieve CCT tuning. In some implementations, the LED engine further comprises a light engine housing.

    摘要: A light control system comprises a power connecting port, a host connecting port, a first light connecting port, a second light connecting port, a microcontroller and a power distribution unit. The power connecting port electrically connects to an external power source to provide the power to drive a plurality of light devices. The host connecting port is configured to receive a multimedia signal from a host. The first light connecting port and the second light connecting port electrically connect to a first light device and a second light device respectively. The microcontroller is configured to identify device types and generate two dimming signals according to configurations corresponding to the device types and the multimedia signal. The power distribution unit converts the two dimming signals to two driving signals for controlling the first light device and the second light device to emit colored lights associated with the multimedia signals.

    摘要: A control circuit for a light emitting diode (LED) lighting system for achieving a dim-to-warm effect is provided. The control circuit includes an LED controller, a clamp circuit coupled to a set of warm correlated-color-temperature (“CCT”) LEDs, a switch coupled to a set of cool LEDs, and a feedback circuit coupled to the clamp and the switch. The LED controller is configured to control the clamp circuit to clamp current through the set of warm LEDs based on the input current, and control the switch to switch on the set of cool LEDs responsive to the input current being greater than a first threshold level and to switch off the set of cool LEDs responsive to the input current being lower than the first threshold level. The feedback circuit is configured to divert current from the set of warm LEDs to the set of cool LEDs.
