摘要： Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for wireless communication of analyte data. In embodiments, a method of using a diabetes management partner interface to configure an analyte sensor system for wireless communication with a plurality of partner devices is provided. The method includes the analyte sensor system receiving authorization to provide one of the partner devices with access to a set of configuration parameters via the diabetes management partner interface. The set of configuration parameters is stored in a memory of the analyte sensor system. The method also includes, responsive to input received from the one partner device via the diabetes management partner interface, the analyte sensor system setting or causing a modification to the set of configuration parameters, according to a system requirement of the one partner device.

A portable computing device uniquely associated with a user may communicate the medical information to a healthcare provider. The medical information may be combined with other information and electronically delivered to the healthcare provider. Delivery may be initiated by the portable computing device and directed to a computing device of a healthcare provider or patient. In one example, exchange of records and other information between the user and the provider can be effected using an optical code to transmit encrypted, coded medical information together with cryptographic keys necessary to extract the coded medical information. The coded medical information may be automatically remapped and/or translated according to a state, country, region and/or language associated with the healthcare provider or patient.

Based on identification data within the first data, a database is searched. A data item in the database is identified that matches the identification data. The first data is associated with the data item. After associating the first data with the data item, code data is generated. Encoded data that encodes the code data is then generated. The encoded data is sent over a computer network to a mobile device, or an account, of a user that is associated with the data item.

摘要： A patient management system for generating customized patient reports for users is provided. The system includes communications circuitry configured to receive first physiological data from a plurality of monitoring medical devices and receive second physiological data from a plurality of therapeutic medical devices. The system also includes at least one processor configured to perform instructions configured to cause the at least one processor to receive a selection from an end user regarding a customized report on at least one of the first physiological data from the plurality of monitoring medical devices or the second physiological data from the plurality of therapeutic medical devices, determine at least one information field for the customized report based on an access level of the end user, and compile the customized report including the at least one information field and using the at least one of the first physiological data or the second physiological data.
